Not a great experience with The Embroidery Barn!
2 month wait and 95% of the order was wrong.
They are so understaffed that queries and orders take too long to resolve! I have now been refunded, but I need to find another suitable company to complete the work required!

I had a couple little bits I needed embroidered & the team couldn’t be more helpful.
I supplied the items but they were still happy to help as it’s for a special occasion & it turned out perfect so thanks again to the embroidery barn team

We love the embroidery barn as people and what they stand for especially the ethical nature of the garments....However due to issues with our last 3 orders, I can't rate them higher and will not be using them again.

With a complete lack of a proofing process, despite our explanation they have made mistakes which has resulted in loss of money on the garments and also inconvenience. On one of the occasions we luckily noticed an error on the print (where for some reason EB had changed a number on our logo) and they went out of their way to correct this before we needed them which was good but it could have been so easily avoided with a proofing process

However a subsequent order after this was not done correctly, they asked for clarification on which logo and when we replied to the email 10 mins later they confirmed they had gone ahead anyway and it turns out they embroidered the incorrect logo. Also a £90 fee for a quick turnaround (which was just under 2 weeks seems high)

So until their processes are improved we unfortunately will not be using them again and moving our corporate wear requirements to another company sadly. We hope they take the feedback on board and update the process to help eliminate errors and then we will come back!
