Joke of a Company

Joke of a Company.
Cancelled order as it wouldn't get to us on the stated time advertised! Trying to get the refund is like pulling teeth. Just don't use them!
Issue is on going.

Useless cusotmer service

I received an email with special promo deal to purchase the entertainer and it's saying that it's activated once and one of the CS confirmed that too but unfortunately it wasnt activated and the useless customer service couldn't help and said that I have to wait from 24h to 48H for someone to get back to me. So it's very obvious that the offer was just to attract cusotmers and waste their subscription.

I bought the app because I thought it…

I bought the app because I thought it would be easy to get 2-for-1 deals at lots of attractions and restaurants. But my first experience was trying to order food for delivery — it never arrived, even though it said it was delivered. There was no one to contact and no response to my complaint. Overall, it felt unprofessional and unnecessarily stressful.

Customer service has been top class!

Customer service has been top class!
I contact them through Whatsapp and their response is almost instantaneous! They are very friendly and supportive and always aim to provide help in a timely manner. Cannot fault the customer service and I am shocked to read some of the other reviews on here. Not too happy about only being able to change 1 family member per calendar year or only logging into 10 devices per user given various family members visit Dubai for holidays throughout the year. If this is changed, I will for sure be changing the review to 5 stars!

Rule change...CAUTION

Careful when purchasing this app people. They changed the rules so that you're buying for the remainder of the year, not for 12 months subscription, unless buying in January. They did not make this change clear.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. I got an email regarding using a promo code from HSBC entertainer to get 10% discount. But this code was not working. I started chatting with them and after spending more than 3 hours and 9 times disconnection and then continuing on their WhatsApp page there was no response .

Misleading Advertising & poor customer service!

You have to be careful with the Entertainer because their promotions are misleading in my opinion. I bought the renewal for 2025 but it turned out that I had bought the 2024 version for the second time! By the time I realized it was too late to reverse and Entertainer staff showed no empathy for my situation. Not sure about buying the 2025 version after this experience and frankly don’t have much trust in the Entertainer’s sales practices. Oh well, live and learn the hard way!!

Grandson"s Christmas Presents

I ordered my grandson Christmas presents. I've just opened the box and his main present is missing. I've just called customer services. They now don't have any in stock online and asked me to go into store to collect and they would email me a gift card to do so. This didn't happen, so I called them back and have now asked for a refund. I'm very upset about this. Thank you for ruining my little grandson"s christmas. He really wanted that present so much. Won't be using them again.

Bought a toy in the evening but was…

Bought a toy in the evening but was faulty - wasn't working. Next day in the morning I went to exchange or return the item, but after the staff after seen the toy not working was trying to force to work for about 10 mins, the toy started working so he refused for me to return the item, then I told him to carry on playing, so minute later stopped working again. And....was figgling it to try sort it out for ages again, then when the toy moved, he refused again to issue refund. I had to literally argue with him as he was saying the toy is working at times- absolute joke. Eventually he refunded me money. Contacted customer service to raise a complain, someone meant to contact me to talk about the complaint but noone got back to me. Awful customer service in store and in main service

Next day delivery is not next day

Ordered a tickle me Elmo to be delivered next day, paid the extra only to get an email to say that it’s being delivered by Evri and it did not arrive the next day. Kept on hold for 15 minutes to be told it’ll be arriving tomorrow. Waste of time. Will not order from again.

BEWARE of their promotions

BEWARE of their promotions! They do promotions which seems you aee getting an annual subscription discounted, however, they have designed the promotion which says billed annually so you think its annual subscription, but then says offers ends on same year! I just subscribed to a package that was 30% discounted but only getting 4 months to use it! So I actually paid a lot more at the end! NEVER EVER AGAIN ENTERTAINER AND THANKS FOR DECEIVING YOU LOYAL MEMBERS 👌

Membership now only a calendar year, not 12 months!

I was happy with my membership up until today. My subscription ran out in June, so I was going to renew today. However, the membership has been changed to a calendar year instead of a full 12 months.. So for me today, I would pay full price for a membership and I would only receive 5 months of service! If you signed up in November, you would pay for 12 months and review 2 months of subscription. THis would not be so bad if the membership price was reduced according to how many months of service you would receive, but it is not! Why would anyone in their right mind pay for a 'years' subscription that only lasts for a few months?! Absolutely crazy. I for one will not be renewing. These greedy and unethical practises should not be tolerated.

The entertainer offering limited vouchers in a year which is ridiculous.
Three to four voucher in a year.....bad bad service.
Do not waste your money.

Don't waste your money

Very poor offer, you can't pre-book anything, just turn up to the vendor, and hope A, you can avail of whatever offer you want and B, the vendor will provide the required code, we found the prices on this app are inflated and we could get a better deal and getting it booked, by searching on line, and being able to go where we wanted and not being restricted to what's on offers on the app, I paid 125 euro and had no chance of recouping it, save your money and just search online (booking dot com) etc

Getting worst as years go by. Will not renew my membership.

I gave 2 stars considering the good deals I’ve had during there first 2 years of signing up. I have noticed that since 2023 the hotels and restaurants were massively reduced although few were added but then the ones available on the app now are not the ones we are most likely going to use. Most of it are low tiers and I have paid for membership so we can afford to go to mid-high end restaurants and hotel as a family that will suit our budget. Also, I have paid same price as I had last year for this year’s membership but now I only have for Dubai whereas before I can avail across UAE. It’s very sad and disappointing. I am now looking to consider other membership apps to have better deals. I won’t renew on this app next time.
