Professional & clear advice

Pleasant professional adviser. Clearly explained everything needed to know - repeating & answering questions as required. Written communication equally clear, informative & timely. No stone unturned and no ‘sales’ pressure.

No hard sell

Our experience with the Aviva rep was comprehensive and we liked the fact we discussed the negatives of paying compound interest while we still have savings and the fact there was no agent fee as she was directly employed - set against slightly higher comparable interest rates. So balanced explanation and no hard sell. The outbreak of the Middle East wars has delayed our decision until we see what happens to Gilts and whether rates reduce a bit. We are happy with advice to date thanks.

Fantastic experience

I had heard the equity release journey was a nightmare but it couldn’t have been further from the truth with this company. Sara was brilliant, she explained everything clearly and in a very user friendly fashion. The solicitors instructed were prompt and I had my money in a matter of weeks. Would highly recommend these guys.
