Very happy

Bought an upgrade from a a kaabo mantis 10 lite to wolf warrior gt 2nd scooter I have purchased from this company Customer service is great i received an email just to say thankyou for ordering a 2nd time from them fast delivery next day (mine was delayed by one day but it is Christmas FedEx was very busy) definitely recommend this company

Been waiting on a shipment 2 weeks now…

Been waiting on a shipment 2 weeks now despite next day delivery and the shipments been delayed now for the second time with no updates from the courier or e-scooter co not ideal

Amazing product and service

The scooter is amazing I love the product!

The delivery was great I ordered Tuesday after 4:00pm and got it Thursday 11:00am the scooter was packaged impeccably.

Amazing service and product 10/10

Truth be told now I’m saving for a better one haha

So I ordered the scooter everything…

So I ordered the scooter everything fine arrived on time I try to charge it and doesn’t no work I try to call the company on Thursday since 9 in morning alway to 5 evening honestly about 30 miss calls I emailed them about 4 times i got only one reply back come on some people they don’t use scooter for fun they use it to go to work they pay all this money so they don’t have to walk for about 30minutes honestly ridiculous

Experience has been dreadful

Experience has been dreadful - I ordered a Kaboo Mantis 10 charger - which has failed to be delivered. Communication and service levels get the lowest rating possible as far as i am concerned.

I purchased the Kaabo Wolf King Gt…

I purchased the Kaabo Wolf King Gt e-scooter and unfortunately it was a regretful purchase.

The scooter has had many problems since day one.

On the day of delivery, the scooter arrived with missing screws for the front mudguard and display. I contacted the e-scooter co and there response was that there is a minimum delivery cost of £8 and would be more cost effective for me to go to a hardware store.

Also there are paint defects and blemishes on the scooter from new, which I shrugged off hoping to enjoy the scooter for its other traits.

Within the first 200 miles of ownership, the poor quality started to show with the scooter. The scooter had shown an error code which relates to a phase loss inside one of the motors. The fault is intermittent so it comes and goes, which limits the scooter to using only one motor, and it uses alot less of the power for that one motor. Simply turning the scooter off and back on again clears the code so that the scooter can be ridden as normally, but it is inconvenient and not really exceptable.

The scooter was sent back to the e-scooter co. and their answer was that the dustcaps I installed were rubbing on the outer edge of the motor cable and that was causing the problem.

The clearance was checked when installed, and was not any problem whatsoever. The e-scooter co. used this to try and worm their way out of solving the real issue. The same problem happens with the standard dustcaps that are now installed.

Another problem with the scooter is that there are random power surges which make the scooter jolt forward. This is a dangerous fault which unsettles the scooter especially when cornering. It is a common fault with this scooter and is down to poorly programmed sinewave controllers. Kaabo deny any knowlege of this, but a quick search on your favourite search engine will reveal that it is a widespread issue. The e-scooter co. refuse to acknowledge this and ive been lumbered with a dangerous toy at best.

Recently one of my chargers gave up and the e-scooter co. sent an invoice of £75 for a new one, and told me the warranty doesn't include chargers!

I think its fair to say that this company only seems interested in maximising profits and does not care about providing any sort of customer care.

If you have to send your scooter back for any reason, you will have to front the cost of the postage, and they will make you pay for it to be sent back to you. You must check the terms and conditions when using a courier as alot of them will not allow you to send batteries or e-scooters, and in the event of a loss or damage you will not be insured! Courier costs are in excess of £140 for the Wolf King Gt.

The e-scooter co. does not have a customer drop-off service so you can't just turn up unfortunately.

Read the reviews carefully and you will notice that the happy people generally haven't had to use them for their customer service, and had experienced a fast delivery.

Amazing company

Amazing company. So satisfied with my product they delivered. A guy from their team came and dropped it off and was able to pick the time ect which made it very personal and so much better. Before ordering the scooter I emailed the company before the purchasing and asked what scooters they recommend and asked if there was a team that could fix the scooter incase of a problem and they reassured me that I could get it fixed. Which was good to know as I’d be using the scooter allot for work. Their team is very helpful and set me up with the kaabo scooter for £1500 (which was reduced from £1700) and just WOW! The speed is crazy and the build is soo strong. Came with lights, indicators and horn with a top speed of 43 miles an hour and batteries last for ages. However not waterproof which is a shame but I bought some waterproof tape to cover the deck ect. But overall an outstanding company with a great helpful team.

KAABO Wolf King GT

I ordered a KAABO Wolf King GT. It arrived in perfect working order.

The bar attachment had a slight debt and scratch/paint chipping and without me even asking, they rectified the situation the same day and part was sent out for me to replace it with.

I've taken it to my local race track and it runs like butter and beats all the little 125s off the startling no problem... they can barely catch up.

I appreciate their efforts in trying to get my scooter to me on time as logistics is crazy right now with the lockdowns in China.

So in all, no problems and the scooter is great. I'm sure if anything happens over the next year or so, I'm confident that they'll be glad to help rectify it.

Horrendous service I should have…

Horrendous service I should have listened to people warning me about this company . They forgot my charger which makes me wonder what else they have forgotten to do or tighten. They barely answer the phone and didn’t even let me collect the charger I had to wait another 2 days to be able to charge the scooter .
