An Expensive tyre change

The E - Scooter Co, took well over a week, to repair a puncture of the rear wheel tyre on my Dualtron Mini scooter. E scooter promised me that the scooter will be repaired within 3 working days from when they receive my scooter.
Unfortunately this was not the case, Instead i had to chase them for updates as to why this was taking a long time to do.
I also found frustrating that you could only email the repairs team when really it would be good to speak to someone on the phone, so that you could put across exactly what it is that you need.

E Scooter Co, are a good company in terms of delivering items to you, and you tracking your order, but was shocked when, they slapped me with a cost of £140 bill, just to repair a puncture. I don't even pay that much for a tire repair or for a tire in that fact for my car.

E Scooter Co need to take the time and understand that customers spend a lot of money sending their scooters to them ie. for repairs, as they don't have a drop off facility. So why is their a need to charge you £50 for returning your scooter to you, and that is included on top of your repair bill, which is very unfair.

The price you pay for these scooters vary yes, but they are still expensive, and so for the money you pay, you should really expect GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE from them as well.

Also tell customers what the price would be roughly, obviously depending on what's being requested, BEFORE you receive the scooter, and not after.

Also communication is key, keep the customer upto date as to what your process is you go through, and reassure them that their scooter has been received and that you will work on it, in a realistic time frame.

However I must add that, despite the above issues that need ironing out, The E Scooter Co. did a good job on my scooter and did exactly what I asked for.

We did confirm the costs with you before the work was completed and we also performed a service on your scooter as requested as well as taking 10% off the price for the delay.

Customer service before I brought my…

Customer service before I brought my scooter was BRILLIANT 👏 but ever since they have been very dire, I would not recommend unless you enjoy talking through emails & getting the most basic almost generic replies. Very disappointed.

Great and reliable service

I recently bought the Kaboo Mantis Pro and I am very pleased with how everything went. The customer service was very helpful and everyone I spoke to was very polite and informative. Thank you to The eScooter Co.

I would highly recommend that they are they first stop to anyone needing anything eScooter related!

Great service ain't gonna lie there but…

Great service ain't gonna lie there but charging me £50 shipping to send my item back and also charging £60 labour for a ten minute job is disgusting considering I payed £700 for the kaabo mantis lite I was ripped off with the services

I’m sorry that you are not happy. Unfortunately as you damaged your scooter, we couldn’t cover the repair free of charge. It takes longer than 10 minutes to perform a repair I can assure you. I can see that we also gave you a discount off the repair as a good will gesture.

We notified you of the costs before proceeding with the repair. You were more than welcome to arrange collection of the scooter yourself.

Dualtron mini

I recived my scooter the last Wednesday and don’t recived my gift helmet and the scooter (dualtron mini) not working properly,do a rare sound and the battery gone to early.
I sent some emails and nobody reply my email and I called to the office many times and the voice mail say what is close.
I need fix this a soon as possible,please.
K need the scooter to go to my work.

Good prices

Good prices, great customer service and very happy with the scooter supplied. Only falling shy of 5* because website says next day delivery, obviously longer if ordered on a friday. Mine then arrived on the Wednesday. Same result if i had ordered on the thursday night which then means a 6 day wait which is far from next day delivery!

Order never arrived

Order never arrived. No attempt at delivery from royal mail. No card left, been in all weekend and no one has tried to deliver. Scooter co being very slow to try sort out, avoid possible scam!
