SCAM DO NOT BUY

This site is a scam. Placed order weeks ago, tried contacting multiple times and no response. Never received my order but happy to take money. DO NOT BUY SCAM SITE

Hopelessly disorganised or a scam

I paid for Habanero noodles, they sent me Nongshin Red, as stocked cheaply in every UK supermarket. When I queried this there was a promise it would all be sorted with some goodies thrown in for the inconvenience. Then nothing despite further contact. I've read on here there have been difficulties and that's ok, life things happen, but the sales contract still needs to be honoured some 10 months later.

If I could give lower than 1

If I could give lower than 1, I would. Sold me items they didn’t have and had to wait over a month to finally get it. Little customer service. I had to keep emailing them first if I ever wanted information about my order. I will never order from them in the future.

Order not arrived in 3 months, robbed my money

Ordered at the beginning of October, and had to constantly email. They kept saying they were dispatching my item & when I emailed in NOVEMBER they said they’d dispatch in a few days. Never got any updates nor did my order arrive after 3 months. Asked for a refund and never got a reply. A SCAM SITE! They replied saying one of their team members got into an accident, but never actually said that themselves in the tons of emails I sent? Honestly could have put in way more effort in checking in on your customers instead of just trying to guilt trip them when they complain. Sorry but I would not recommend this site

Poor communication and delays

Really poor communication. Received order 6 weeks after the order was placed. Had to contact several times and apply for a refund through bank. I asked for a refund 4 weeks after getting fed up for waiting for my items. Seller agreed but I received nothing. Marked my items as despatched but still nothing. Then responded to my email and said the item had been delivered. When I asked for tracking, seller soon bactracked and despatched items. Once order arrived, one item had been substituted but I didn't bother making contact with seller as it has been a complete hassle since initial order. I would never use this seller again.

Worst Asian online shop

They sent wrong item and they said will send collect item next day but they never send me after few mail I asked refunds they never reply back anymore.
I gave up So I lost money.
I ordered many Asian online. This is first time experience ignore email and refunds money.
I never shopping this place any more.
People should avoid ! I highly recommended more nice online place there more item and more cheep and honest.

No communication

No communication. Order car after 4 weeks. Rang multiple times and no one answers.

Order not despatched after 4 weeks

Ordered before Xmas and still haven't received my order or had any communication from seller.
Doesn't respond to emails or calls.
The company has a message on the website stating they are not taking any orders at the moment and this doesn't surprise me.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHINH FROM HERE!
Going through bank to get a refund

Promises never kept

I was promised that my order would be sent out but never did, they kept postponing with excuses over and over again for nearly 2 months. They also never sent update, I had to keep pursuing it so I gave up. Till now in 2024, still no update from them willingly. Never had issues with them at the beginning but now looks like the company has gone downhill, what a shame and they just started. Clearly bad management.

I placed an order of two packets of…

I placed an order of two packets of noodles and also paid for fast delivery. And it's now been nearly two weeks and I have not received my order. I spoke with someone and they said to me my order would be delivered straight away and it never came and now I can't get through to them. The customer service is awful and would not recommend it is a scam

I was disappointed that the brand…

I was disappointed that the brand wasn't on the bottle just on the plastic bag so not what I was expecting. The aesthetic just wasn't there
