Yet again the service is brilliant, you order online, pay, get confirmation, they tell you that they have your order, when it's about to be dispatched, when it's dispatched. How far away it is from being delivered to you and when it's been delivered.... What more can you ask for. It's just soo simple, no hassle at all. All packaged nicely, just brilliant....

Speedy and reliable
Order was dispatched quickly and packaged well. They missed an item but when I asked them via email they were quick to reply and sent the missing item. They also refunded me for that item.

Superb customer service. Highly recommended
I placed an order at the end of December but it seemed to have been lost in the mail. I flagged it up and received a response from Mark within 30 minutes. The package was resent, free of charge, and arrived in 2 working days. Very happy with the way it was handled.
