Yummy product, delivery felt like forever!

The experience was ok, took quite a long time to dispatch the order by today's standards and one of the items wasn't what I ordered. I don't know if this was a substitute due to not having the original item or if it was simply packed wrong. Prices were reasonably at least compared to other sites.

Good selection of Asian/Oriental items. Easy to order and notified all the way through until delivery. The Items arrived in good condition although the packaging could have been a little better as the items were loose inside the box and Royal Mail managed to crush the box. Overall highly recommended with good selection and reasonable prices.

Still havent recieved my order. No tracking info or email from delivery service so i dont even know how i can find it.

The goods I ordered were all in stock and came promptly. The company kept in touch via email telling that the order had been received and was being processed then when it was dispatched

I liked that I received my package and the items I ordered. I did not like that I had to reach out and remind customer service of my order. I also did not like that I did not receive confirmation of dispatch until several days after that interaction. An order that should have taken a no more than 5-7 days to arrive took more than seven (7) days, without any communication of delays. If I did not initiate communication, I wonder if I would have gotten my order?.

I like and use a lot of Korean products and am always looking quality places to buy my regular items. I placed my order and was a small delay; however, the team were contact to keep me updated. A few days later I received my order and everything was perfect. The Ethnic Pantry is now my go to store and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a wide range of international products.
