Whilst I am very happy with the quality of my purchase, thank you, there were delays, which I understand are some times out of the hands of the supplier. I would have liked more regular updates on the order process and estimated delivery.

I ordered a hall cupboard from The Farthing and it was just as described and looks good in my hallway. The only disappointing thing was that it was a pallet delivery so as I was alone I had to go looking for a helpful neighbour

Unfortunately the first shipment saw both ceramic planters broken. The company sorted the issue immediately and the second shipment saw the planters arrive in perfect condition.

Beautiful garden mirror delivered yesterday, well packaged. Very kind and helpful customer service. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I purchased the Dark and Light Horizon Art Framed Wall Canvas and it is beautiful, I would definitely recommend, it is exactly as per the image on the website. I took one star away as it took a long time for it to be delivered, worth the wait though!
