Brilliant customer service.
I found the perfect mirror from The Farthing. It came quite quickly but sadly had a crack in it during transit. My email was answered immediately and quickly resolved. I can’t praise their customer service, quality and care highly enough.

The product Smoked Glass Des
The product, a desk, is excellent and easily assembled, very stylish and has a good quality about it.
How ever I marked the service down to four stars for the follow up until delivery. There seemed to be a lack of control of information over this until imminent delivery. The supplier needs control over all aspects until receipt by the customer.
Having said that the initial communication for the sale was very good.

My wire wall rack arrived quicker than I expected.
I was pleasantly surprised by the size. I didn't exoect that. I thought it was going to be smallish. So absolutely value for money.
Also it was 100 pounds less than another seller company. Wow
To top it off its gonna look great on my wall in my industrial kitchen.
