Cannot contact customer service
I ordered a mirror and haven't received it yet. I'm trying to get an update from the farthing but their voicemail says you can only email them, I did email about a week ago but no reply. It is very frustrating not to be able to speak to someone about shipping date liklihood when the item was.ordered almost a month ago.

Could do better
Sadly I cannot rate The Farthing higher, in fact my 3☆ is probably foolish as I have only received 2 out of the 3 items I ordered on 30/10 do far. Items received on 01/12. I can cope with the delay but I didn't receive an email explaining delay, missing item, when 3rd item will be sent. No note included in parcel. Not good enough I'm afraid. Order #6333983

Purchased 3 items. A industrial wall shelf, set of 2 semi circle nest tables and a pendant light.
Love all three items, was very disappointined we had to return the pendant light due to installation problem (we live in a old terrace).
Return procedure excellent, I highly recommend thus family business.
