Smart new fire.
Our initial phone call was answered by a person not a BOT. He listened to my enquiry, advised about an on-site assessment and gave some ideas what might be possible without overloading me with information. A date not too far ahead was arranged for an on-site review; during which a number of options were explored and one agreed. We were able to organise our side of the preperation as we had been given clear advice.
About two weeks later we had a smart new fire. The whole process was supported by excellent communications, sound technical advice and a reasonable price.
