Having relied on national flower delivery sites previously when ordering flowers in the Teesside area from afar, I chanced my arm a little and tried the local service.

The product was of a far superior quality and the recipient markedly commented on the quality of the bouquet received. Would recommend unreservedly and will use exclusively for deliveries in the area in future!

Don't understand why my original order was accepted and payment also accepted, but received an email on the day of delivery to say "florist was not licensed". The amended order was excellent and the recipients were delighted, but I was disappointed there was no "wine".

Using flowerbox for the 1st time, initially I was very impressed!
The website was great and easy and the products seemed fantastic: well worth the £56 I spent on one order.

Delivery was good but the hand written card was poor. High lack of effort for a meaningful occasion.

Getting to the most important thing - the FLOWERS... Initial presentation was good but when removed from the packaging and placed into a varse THE DELUXE sized flowers just looked average! Not the effect I was hoping for!

The flowers were delivered on Wednesday and by Friday morning the roses had died and a lot of the flowers had started to drop. As the flowers were for a special birthday occasion, they were eclipsed and simply put to shame by supermarket and local florists bouquets of flowers.
6 days have now passed and the bunch of flowers are now 80% dead. The only saving grace there is the lillies are still yet to open!

Not what I was expected for the values of £56 and I certainly do not intend on revisiting the experience.

Choosing The Flower box was the best option. Quick and easy to order online and delivered precisely the day I was informed it would be.

Found it hard to find a company that could deliver champagne, chocs and flowers as 1 gift - other companies only seemed to do a combination of 2 of these. The recipient of the gift was very pleased so can only assume the quality of the flowers & chocs was good. I know the champagne was good as it was a branded product.

I needed flowers sent last minute and they managed to do it. Where there was a problem 2nd time round they were quick to email me, they resolved the problem and my order was not delayed

Adam was a great help when I ordered some champagne.

The bouquet is still looking really good one week later!

I was extremely disappointed with the service.
I ordered a bottle of champagne with a rose plant and chocolates for my parents 57th wedding Anniversary.
Flower Box got back to me the day before the required delivery to inform
Me that my order could not be delivered due to the florist not having an alcohol license!
As it was too late to order with another company, I agreed for them to deliver flowers instead because it would have Ben too risky to reorder with another company.
I made it clear that I wasn't happy with this arrangement.
I received no further apology or compensation for this.
I feel that flower box shouldn't advertise a service that cannot be fulfilled.
Very upset that my parents received only flowers on this very special event.
I will not be using them again and hope that they will at
least contact me with an apology.

This was a gift delivered many miles from my home so I have not seen the product. The gift was delivered very promptly on the correct day to the correct address. The recipient was very pleased.
