First time I've ordered from flower box. The recipient sent me a photo of the beautiful flowers & mentioned that she wished she was able to forward the stunning scent too!

The flowers were beautiful and the service was great. Would absolutely recommend them to all.

The bouquet was very nice, but the roses were almost fully open and didn't last long. I also bought chocolates - nice but quite small.

I ordered champagne to be delivered for my sister's 50th birthday. When my sister said she hadn't received the gift, Flowerbox gave me the details of the time and signatory of the gift and I found that an elderly relative had signed for the present but didn't actually give it to my sister. Many thanks to Flowerbox for promptly giving me the information so I could find where the gift had gone to !

Very good ordering which allows orders to be placed until early evening for the next day. Perfect when celebrating a birth. Delivery was prompt and early in the day. Display and vase were beautiful and greatly appreciated by the recipient.

Our friends confirmed a delivery card was found upon their return home from work. They rang the telephone number on the card to ask who the delivery was from. They were told it was from a company who sold bicycle lamps?? Didn't understand!! We sent them flowers with champagne & chocs for their anniversary on 20th August so it was important that the delivery was made on the day but the gift didn't arrive until the next day!! Perhaps the delivery could have been left with a neighbour and the delivery card indicating the neighbour with whom it was left?

Delivery needs a bit more thought so that the delivery happens on the day requested.

Ordered flowers and they were delivered on time and after not actually seeing them my friend said they were beautiful .

Ordered flowers for poorly family member. Selected Sunday delivery as it was an option on the website. Was told I would receive an email upon delivery. Neither of which happened. I will not be using this dubious site again.

I recently ordered some flowers for a friend who had a family bereavement. The flowers themselves were beautiful and very reasonably priced. There was a slight mishap when my friend decided to go to work rather than stay home on the day of delivery (where I had arranged the flowers to be delivered to). I contacted Flower Box via the contact us form and received a very prompt response from Adam. He was ever so helpful and helped to resolve the problem and put my mind to rest. I would recommend and will use Flower Box again myself in future.

Easy to order and delivered on time. Only one comment - It would have been nice to have been notified when delivery had been made.

Recipient sent a picture of this gift and it looked very nice. I don't know what the wine and chocolates tasted like. Recipient would have appreciated instructions for the care and after-care of the rose. The company delivery man had problems finding the address as it was out in a rural area but they rang me and it was all sorted speedily. Website was good

The sunflower bouquet was exactly as described, it was lovely and lasted about ten days. Very pleased with my purchase.

Sent my friend the gift basket (chocolates, wine and rose plant) for her birthday. It arrived on the morning requested and my friend was delighted with it. She kindly wats-apped me a picture of and it was beautiful. Good value gift. Many thanks.

I ordered a vase on the 28th June from The Flower Box and paid for next day delivery. I received confirmation of the order and in the email it said I would hear from them again when my order had been past to the carrier.

I have not heard another word and that was over two weeks ago. Apart from an email asking for feedback on the service I received. Unacceptable service is the response.

If there was an issue with my order I would have much preferred more correspondence from the company.

This company delivers " what it says on the site " - easy to use web site, good choice of flowers at fair prices and delivered on time.

Unfortunately the flowers were delivered on the wrong date despite stipulating date for delivery. I was upset about this but I did get an apology email.

Absolutely gorgeous flowers. They were a birthday present and as we were going out, I queried whether there was any possibility that they could be delivered by a certain time. The Flowerbox, though extremely busy, managed to do this and made the recipient's day. Highly recommended and will be using again.

You delivered the very day I ordered and while I have only seen a picture of the gift basket...flowers, chocolate and wine, it looked lovely and good value for money too. I also know the recipient thought it was gorgeous. I would not hesitate to use you again.
