It's a while since I made this last-minute purchase but the flowers arrived on time, as advertised, and the recipient was very pleased

The flowers were delivered although I never got my email to confirm they had been delivered .. they also forgot to put the card with the flowers so the person had no clue who had they had come from and had to embarrassingly ask me if I had sent them .. luckily I had!

Wow. I would recommend to anyone. I bought these for a very special occasions and wasn't disappointed. Thank you so much. I will definitely use this company again! :)

Ordered 4 times now from flowerbox Guisborough and Stokesley,fabulous service and amazing flowers. I live in France and it's so easy just to go on the website and order flowers from local shops for my family and friends.

Ordered my mum the summer bunch for her birthday. She loved them, as did I. The colours of the flowers are so vibrant! They are still going strong now. Highly recommend The Flower Box for any occasion!

I have used a few flower companies and never been completely satisfied. But this basket of flowers is gorgeous and was delivered on time! Other suppliers have not been nice, have been on the wrong day, and one company emailed me on Mothers day that they couldnt deliver as they had run out of flowers! I will certainly be using this company again!

Will definitely use this service again. Simple to order and the flowers turned up on time and in beautiful condition. Paying through paypal is an added bonus.

I wanted to send a gift box (champagne, chocolates and Rose plant) to my daughter in law. Ordered it to arrive the next day which was ideal. The next day I received an email to say the shop in that area doesn't have an alcohol licence. This was not mentioned when I ordered. Would I like a bouquet to that value? No ~ I wanted what I ordered, if I wanted flowers I would've ordered flowers. I probably won't use them again because they let me down. I've given them 2 stars tho because the rest of the website was easy to use, just lacked the necessary information for the gift box

I ordered champagne and flowers for my niece's birthday. I am pleased to say that she was very pleased with them. I personally found the communication very bad. I just got a receipt for my order then nothing else. I didn't get an e-mail to say that the order had been despatched although Flower Box said I would. I had to telephone and was told by a lady that she didn't deal with the on-line orders but "Adam" did. Shortly after my phone call I got a very curt message from Adam Johnson saying literally "it has been despatched and will be delivered via courier tomorrow". No reference was made to what the order was, where it was going or what date it was going to be delivered. Marks & Spencer check the details and keep you advised of every step I don't think I'll be using Flower Box again.

And as per above they truly did
My daughter was over the moon and she couldn't get over the wonderful smell as it isn't often you find lovely smelling flowers.

Sent some champagne to a friend celebrating his 50th birthday. Arrived on time and he was absolutely delighted. Definitely will recommend this company any time.

I always use the flower box when sending flowers, or for special occasions. Their website is easy to navigate, and the staff in store are polite and helpful. The flower arrangements are always of exceptional quality and last for well over a week. Definitely money well spent!
