My mum was absolutely over the moon with her flowers, hers came with a pink vase that she could keep, so every time she gets flowers now she tell people the vase came with the most beautiful bouquet off my daughter....

Friendly fast service however I actually got to see the flowers which I had arranged to be delivered and unfortunately I was disappointed. The quality was fine, but there just wasn’t many flowers for what I paid.

After using several national flower websites I thought I’d use the local florist instead- and it’s been amazing. Beautiful displays delivered with care rather then just turning up in a big cardboard box and dumped on the doorstep!

My friend sent a picture of the flowers when they arrived, they were very nicely arranged and presented".............perhaps the roses could have been a little less open?

Order and payment taken online. Within a few hours it was cancelled (via email) but as it was a work email, this was not seen until sometime later. It was unfortunate as it was a birthday gift purchased on behalf of a resident in a home and was very disappointing.

The flowers I ordered for my partner were absolutely faultless, unfortunately I feel that the image on the website was misleading. I ordered a bouquet with a vase that was described on the website as ‘a white geometric patterned ceramic’, what was delivered was not this, but a very basic and chipped vase. It was a massive shame, I actually thought that the vase would be a bonus addition to our home as well as a lovely gift for my partner. Overall I felt it has let me down in service, and don’t feel trusting enough to order from again, even though the ordering system was convenient. Massive shame.

Have use the flower box for a few years now only had one misunderstanding which they moved heaven and earth to resolve in minutes. Very friendly staff and service easy to use online website A pleasure to use their services
