When ordering a dozen white roses
When ordering a dozen white roses, I would expect white roses. Not some white roses and some roses that are very badly discoloured. It really ruins the whole effect. Called the shop and they advised it's nature! Fair enough, but the pictures on the website show perfect white roses and for over 50 quid, that's what I was expecting.

Really happy with the response to my last review, I had a negative experience which was then addressed with the company, I recieved a 50% refund and also a special discount code for my next purchase! The website was easy to use, clear and efficient. The photography showed exactly what to expect and it did not disappoint. It was very important for the service to be efficient as the flowers were for a funeral. Excellent, o would recommend flowerbox to friends and family. I will use them again
