Cancelation .I placed an order on line for a wreath for a funeral the next day,.which it excepted and I paid for ,Only to be informed the next morning the day of the funeral that I had placed the order to late and will be refunded. This lead me to have to phone around all florist in the area to get a wreath for the funeral. Luckily a local florist saved the day and delivered it on time with no extra charge that's what I call service. So I will not be giving any more orders to the flower box. It was the first Time I had ordered from them. When I placed the order and before paidment for the flowers it should of flagged up then .It did with interflora who I always normally use.
