I thought you did bad
I thought you did bad. I was charged delivery, flowers were left next to or behind the bin? I had to rush someone to my friend's house to rescue the flowers. It's raining.... there are cats? dogs? Mind you as the card says flowers were from a few people's name. I would have had to explain if it went wrong. Will not use again sorry.

1. The delivery charge is placed on all orders that are under £50.
2. As no one was in to receive the flowers. The driver left them undercover and placed a card to let the recipient know where they had been left.

Exactly what I was hoping for.
Easy to find what I wanted at a reasonable price. Ordering was also very easy and most importantly my order arrived on time and was exactly what I hoped for. I would have no hesitation using The Flower Box again.

Total letdown!!!!!!
I ordered flowers for my mother and for my fiancee(from the kids) on the saturday before mothers day and chose next day delivery. Not only did they not deliver to either party but they notified me by e mail on mothers day itself rather than straight away so i had no time to re order from anywhere else and nobody got anything. massive let down, poor comunication and unprofessional. If i could put "no star" i would.
