I was a little apprehensive as I read the reviews after I had placed an order.

However I have been pleasantly surprised. I did receive the item 2 weeks later than anticipated, however I had good communication from the store. I did have to call to get updated and the common response was ‘the manager is in a meeting he will call you back.’ I did get called back whenever I contacted them though often this was right at the end of the day. A couple of times the manager had contacted me also and left messages to update, which was nice as I didn’t have to keep chasing.
I received my item today and it was delivered by the store themselves. They unpacked the item to check there was no damage and left when I was happy with the item.

The item I received is mango wood and of good quality. There is slight colour variation with the products I had bought earlier of the same range- but I believe this is a natural variation in wood colour.

Overall a good experience with the shop.
It would be better if the people who answer the phone when a customer calls could update them directly about the order, rather than having to chase the manager who is undoubtedly a busy man.

Avoid this company. Does not give you item or a refund

Avoid this company took money for bed emailed weeks later to say can’t get it would I like a refund still not been refunded discussed please look else were 👍

Great service from ordering to delivery Jay very polite and efficient.

I have furniture from different companies for the last two years and I have to say this is the worst experience ever on all levels. First: order was not received until 7 weeks after I put order in. I sent many emails requesting to cancel order ( after long wait) with no replies, then when I called, the manger said they will send it via FedEx, what struck me was that he said he will box the TV table with extra layers because he knows FedEx Will damage it. For me it felt like he knew that the order he is sending is already damaged and just putting excuses then will use his terms and conditions to protect his self. Order received was fully and severely damaged and the manager who did not even introduce his name will not take responsibility. No clear pathways to return the damaged item, they are so used to doing that to customers that they would say you agreed to our terms and conditions.and probably they have done the same to many customers.
Just edited my review to say that the reply underneath is a rude lie, as I initially requested to cancel the order not only once but three times one of them was over the phone ,and who ever is calling him self Sue in the emails assured me (over a phone call) to wait until Friday the 26th of April and my order will be surely delivered. The man did not suggest any other delivery options. And clearly interpreted I want to cancel my order to I want my order damaged.
I have raised the profile of this company with Managerial levels at FedEx and Klarna today.
Very unprofessional manner and unpleasant experience.

Placed an order for two Darwin sofas and delivered today on time and well packaged. We live out on the Isle of Barra and not easy to get stuff delivered but Taf was great and tried everything to get them to us highly recommend using this company excellent service. Thanks again 👍👍

We wanted a Pendragon leather suite and the manager Taf was very helpful in choosing the right colour.It was delivered within the agreed time and it was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.We are very pleased with the overall service from this company and would definitely recommend

We are really pleased with the leather sofa, beautiful, elegant, top quality, this is the 2nd purchase.

We have just taken delivery of the Barley 3 seater and 2 seater Sofa.
I have to say our experience with The Furniture Megastore has been excellent. Ok we had to chase them a couple of times for fabric samples but hey it was not a big deal. When we placed our order Taff told us delivery would be a maximum of 4 weeks. It arrived and was installed in 10 days. They also took away our old sofa.
I would have given them a 5 Star review until Taff told me he is a Man Utd fan!!!
All in all we are very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend them

Taf is a really nice fella and a great salesperson. No pushy let us make our choice then gave us all the info we needed.
Sofa is excellent and delivery was smooth and on time. Would highly recommend.

Prompt delivery

Like some other reviews I would say DO NOT USE this company on line or trust them. From date of order and paymentof goods I heard nothing for 2 months. Once I got in touch they were stringing me along for weeks until I was provided by them with a false tracking nr from a well recognised courier. One lie after another. Luckily Mastercard provided me with a refund once I disputed the transaction.

Great communication from seller. Delivery was fast. Absolutely love the unit. It’s really nice, and very well made. A happy customer.

Lots of communication - happy to call me back etc let me know the exact dates. Then there was no messing about - everything happened at the times and dates they said. My expectations were managed well.

Do not use this company.
I have been sent a piece of furniture in completely the wrong colour and the company have ignored all my emails and voicemails.

Do not recommend at all ….. didn’t get my item and took me a year to get a refund back , what a fight that was … never again … I ordered the same item with another company and had it within 2 weeks … Be careful of this company I had absolute hell from start to finish not very nice people to deal with at all ..
