Avoid - Absolutely shocking!
My mattress still has not been delivered! I ordered the mattress on the 18th of October with a 2-3 week delivery time, however on the 3rd of December I still do not have the mattress or an update.
I have tried to contact the company numerous times through; the website, email, phone calls.
The company do not answer the phone nor return any messages or calls. I am absolutely appalled by this company!
AVOID
Furniture ordered online mid Oct with a delivery estimate of 4 weeks.
5 weeks later we have heard nothing at all so make a call to get a timeframe so one of us can get a day off work to take the delivery.
Monday no reply.
We put the phone on to auto re-dial .......... still no reply.
We then ring a different number ( the one you use to make a new order . . . . ) and suprise suprise it answered .... by a disrespecful, rude male that shouted down the phone " YOUVE RANG HERE 12 TIMES . . . .WHY DIDNT YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE SO WE CAN GET BACK TO YOU"

I re-send on Wednesday - and get a reply from 'Sue' saying, "we will deliver Friday" . . . . . I arrange a day off.
Thursday afternoon we get a phone call from the male again " cant deliver Friday, have to be Saturday, ive got it in my warehouse, I just need to get delivery company to collect it for you" We say " we're out most of Saturday, your website says next day delivery, can you do a day in the week ?" He says " wednesday "
I send an e.mail, as before asking for confirmation - no reply.
I re-send the e.mail - no reply.
Wednesday comes round, and guess what . . . . . no delivery.
Ring - No reply.
Ring - No reply.
Now got chargeback from Bank.
We should have checked Trustpilot before hand. You live and learn.
What a thoroughly disrespectful way to treat customers.
STRONGLY recommend avoiding this outlet. Unless of course, you are happy with no contact, no updates, and then when you do get to speak to someone, you are shouted at down the phone.
Item still not delivered after a year
Item still not delivered after a year. A YEAR! Lying about refund as well. Other reviewers saying the same, with one poor woman at 20 months with no delivery, even with complaints to trading standards. I’ll never let this drop. Will turn up in person at some point.

They asked for more information to identify me. That’s concerning. How many cases do they have where delivery is delayed by a year and they refuse to refund?!??
Trading Standards seem to have no teeth going by other reviews, but make that complaint anyway. They’ve already had at least one Compulsory Strike Off, so it shows they’re pretty blasé with fulfilling their obligations.

If only I could give 0 stars… don’t waste your time with this company - you will place an order and never receive it or receive any communication from them. Had to do a charge back from a credit card… very frustrating
Zero customer engagement - Avoid!
I ordered dining chairs from Furniture Megastore and have messaged, emailed and called to request confirmation of a delivery date but have had no response.
This is either a company in severe financial difficulties, a fraudulent enterprise or one that is so overwhelmed, understaffed and disorganised that it cannot engage with its customers.
I will be contacting my credit card company and seeking a refund.

If I could give no stars I would, still waiting for my order delivery was stated as 10 days its now months and nobody picks up the phone ever or calls you back. I have had a couple of emails but neither give dates for delivery or actually answer questions. Trying to get my money back but but as I believe this company is a complete scam its proving difficult to even get in touch.
Item ordered on 1st week in September 2025
I have had two conversations with this company both promising item in the post, one even said I have the item with me so he would ensure it was in the post the very next day, still nothing!
Since the review I have sent emails with no response to cancel my order and refund, as no response and no deliver of item and nothing still from Megastore by way of an acknowledgement I have obtained a refund directly with my bank.
Love my new sofa
Love my new sofa. Was kept updated on progress ans delivery times. Phone calls were answered or I was called back. Really happy, have ordered some cushions today and sure I'll order more items soon.
Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely dreadful . Placed order 16th April , now it’s 16 October , still the chair hasn’t appeared , and probably won’t . After multiple phone calls I keep getting the same old lies and excuses . I’ve asked for a refund via email and no reply .

Do NOT order anything from this company. They are scammers. Back in April l ordered and paid £979.99 for a small leather armchair. From the day l placed the order....they have had zero contact with me. Nobody answered their fones and have 1 single response to my many emails. Bank says as l paid with my debit card there is nothing they can do ! I am not that nieve to think lm the only one they have scammed....guess there are hundreds more !!! BEWARE.
UPDATE: Still No Delivery, Still No Contact (Order #3893)
It is now September 27, and I still have no delivery update for my order.
A person named Sue over email me promised I would hear back by September 5. That date passed with no follow-up from her. She basically had ghosted me. I have been calling every day since. Most calls go unanswered. On two occasions I was lucky enough to get through: once I was told that my order has arrived in their warehouse. Another time a staff member named Taff said they would get back to me. Neither followed through.
This is a pattern with Furniture Megastore: On the few occasions you get hold of them, they tell you they will call back or email with an update, but they never do. And if I bring up the lack of communication, I get shouted at and accused of “playing victim.” (See my earlier reviews for full details on how their staff treated me during calls.)
I will now be contacting my credit card company to pursue a chargeback. This company has taken my money without delivering the product, ignored multiple attempts to resolve, and failed to honor even the promises made by senior staff.
UPDATE: Furniture Megastore did reach out here on Trustpilot, but not to give me an update on my order. Instead, they asked me to delete one sentence from this review: “The ultimate form of disrespect to a customer is to take their money, and not make an effort to communicate and deliver their order.” That request speaks volumes. Rather than addressing the issue, they focused on controlling their image.
UPDATE: I emailed Furniture Megastore today (Oct 3 2025) at 10:21 AM letting them know I had already filed a credit card dispute and had purchased the exact same table from another retailer. I told them not to bother sending my order. Within 4 minutes, they issued my refund, because a credit card chargeback would have cost them more.
If they are capable of replying in 4 minutes to protect themselves, what possible excuse is there for ignoring months of my emails and calls when I just wanted a delivery update?
For contrast: I found the exact same table at another retailer with a 4.6 Trustpilot rating (versus this company’s dismal 3.2). Never again. Avoid Furniture Megastore.

Update 12/09/25: I had a call from someone at the store who was friendly and helpful. He apologised for the delay and explained that the item is ready for delivery when there's a time/date that suits me. My original review is below; I'll amend this info once the item is delivered.
[I ordered a bench from The Furniture Megastore three weeks ago on 20 August. Since then I've had no update on the order. I've emailed via the help form on their website and directly to their listed email address and had no reply. I've tried calling, but the line rings out each time.
As the order has not been fulfilled and the company cannot be contacted, I'll be speaking to my bank about a chargeback and I'll be avoiding this company in future.]

Order not fulfilled but refund not made
So it is coming up to three months since I paid £891 for a table and four chairs which I never received. I reviewed the company on 22nd August explaining this and there was a response by a member of staff that they had made a refund. This was not true. I have still not been refunded my money, nor have I received any furniture. The customer service is appalling and the individual I have spoken to on the phone has been very rude. There are 3 options when one rings, all of which are picked up by answerphone. Getting a call back is hit and miss. It doesn't seem too much to ask for a refund if they cannot supply the chairs I ordered. My experience is certainly such that I do not have any trust in the business to fulfil its obligations or treat its customers with decency and respect.

I hardly leave reviews on trust pilot. But I have to leave this one for furniture megastore. I ordered a glass center table from this store on the 13th of this month, I was really skeptical because of the mixed reviews at first. But I gave it a trial. I just got my item delivered today with a 2 man van. The table is of a very good quality and makes my living room so beautiful. Thanks for the amazing communication all through the transaction.
