I'm horrified from this company... if you'd like to be patronised and shouted at, then by all means purchase from them. Otherwise, avoid! I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

When trying to cancel the order, I was told it was bespoke so there was nothing they could do. They proceeded to tell me my item would be delivered on the 14/7/23. It's now 4/9/23 and I still don't have the item. I was also advised by a colleague of theirs that the item would fit in a doorway of 67cm wide. This also became false information and I was later laughed at on the phone for not owning a screwdriver.

We're in an ongoing dispute with the bank and the day I made the dispute, I had a call from Taf. Taf got very angry down the phone and told me he was not going to deliver the item at all and I had to pay them for storage... Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, they refused delivery, which is in breach of contract.

After a few more lies regarding the delivery date of the item, and then the refusal of delivery, it's led me no choice but to ensure others don't make the same mistake I did, (when making the decision to purchase from this company).

UPDATE 6/9/23: The team have argued the dispute with the bank, calling me names just because they are upset. These names include: “abusive”, “aggressive”, “spoilt toddler” and implying I’m a liar. I have now asked to raise a formal complaint for the false claims (name-calling) and for the late delivery. They can't evidence the name calling or tell me why they haven’t yet also delivered my item. Awful company.

UPDATE 15/9/23: I’ve now written the company a formal complaint letter. I advised them that my grandad had just passed away but if they were happy to deliver the item with the ongoing dispute then I’d give them a date. They continued to argue back even though under the consumer rights act 2015, I’m entitled now to a full refund.

If you decide to take the risk and buy anything from this company, you should know before you buy, they're not interested in resolving any problem you may have with the product. They have your money!
You'll get through to a guy called Taf who will sound friendly and concerned, it is likely he'll tell you not to worry the problem will be sorted out. He may promise to call you back, send you missing part etc. He will then stop answering your calls and replying to your emails...and you're screwed.
I bought a 2 seater and 3 seater Ellis sofa on the 5th June 2023 which arrived in 5 parts and fitted together once inside. When the delivery people left, I moved the sofas a short distance from the wall and now have the sofas in 5 parts again. The 3 seater was extremely difficult to put back together, but didn't stay together for long. I called and politely explained the problem. I was told on 2 occasions that 'clips' were being sent (the last one by recorded delivery). I was also told, by Taf that he would video call so that he could see the problem. I've received nothing and my calls are now ignored.
Don't risk losing your money for items not fit for purpose.

I have purchased numerous times from furniture megastore. This time I wanted a nest of tables, although nothing in store, showed a brochure and ordered Wednesday, delivered Friday. Really good quality, will never need replacing and I feel value for money too. Always helpful without pressuring.

Popped in to have a look round , no pressure from Taf. He was more than happy to help us find and discuss about our perfect sofa.
Left it a couple of days then went in and order. Delivery of our new sofa came the following day. Excellent service

We had been looking online for this chair to match our sofa and footstool for some time and came across The Furniture Megastore. The price was extremely competitive and they had it in stock. The chair is exactly what we wanted and Taf got it delivered within the week……….the delivery company gave us an hours notice and from purchase to delivery communication was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

Ordered a chest of drawers, which arrived within 3 months. Unfortunately the top was damaged and it had a missing handle which The Furniture Megastore have had no interest in resolving for 5 months, repeated empty promises to sort every time I contact.
Reported them to trading standards for breach of Consumer Rights Act 2015.

The company was good they promised delivery in 3 weeks and actually delivered in 2
The delivery company was excellent very professional and organised they came within the time advised and took minimum fuss and removed all the packaging

Ordered a 100cm dining table states it would be 14-16 days its been nearly 4 month, calls not being answered and has been a complete waste of time only wish I read the reviews on this company b4 ordering and paying money out to them, do not recommend!

Excellent service Taf was fantastic, the sofas we had are what we wanted and didn't have to wait a long time for delivery. Great quality and very professional all round, Massive thanks to Taf for sorting everything out for us!

I don’t usually write reviews unless I have a terrible experience, but after reading the reviews for this company i would give a 10 star review if I could! i feel i should share my experience which had been one of the most amazing pleasant experiences, I ordered a marble table, me myself made an error in accidentally ordering the wrong one! It weighs a ton because it’s pure marble top quality! I needed to change it for the original one I wanted, I contacted a lovely young man called taf he was very polite and extremely helpful, I have anxiety so my anxiety was high, and the first thing he said to me was, please do not worry everything is going to be sorted as soon as possible! He’s stayed in touch with me kept me updated and I’m due to receive next week!! This guy works so hard and is very kind and caring I don’t get why there are negative comments! We Will definitely use this company again! Thankyou taf there needs to be more people like you

The sofa is fine looking beautiful just like the.one in picture. I will recommend it.

I received my beautiful leather furniture today and I am so pleased. This company was a joy to deal with.The were most helpful and kept me informed all the time.

I order up a lovely bling book case and it came though all smashed that was in Feb and its now end of May they don't contact u and I have left voice message asking them to ring me and nothing so keep away from this place definitely don't care about anythink got there money and thats all they care about I have been fighting to get my money back which is now getting sorted so will never be using thos company ever again

Would like to give this review to this mega store when my Husband and myself walked in we both knew we was in safe hand we was met by Taf he is an absolute credit to this company he was very helpful not a pushy salesperson we brought a marble table and six chairs what a classy piece of furniture the mega store also stocks lots of other furniture like 3 piece suites which that will be our next purchase delivery was promised for the 9th May 2023 it did come well packaged no problem at all I could a 100% recommend this place thank you Taf you have been an Angel so happy

I bought 2 2seater recliner's a great product seems very well made,my only problem with the company was it was a little over the estimate (4 weeks rather than 2-3 weeks) but that aside it was delivered when the company told us in the time slot we were given and because only my wife was there they built the furniture for us and moved the old furniture outside for her

Ordered 3+2+1 leather sofas, excellent quality, Taf was very pleasant and helpful, delivery was great, kept updated from start to finish and after sales call a nice touch

Purchased a fantastic 2 & 3-piece sofa for a brilliant price (including delivery) and could not be happier with the quality of it. Great and friendly staff, fast delivery. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great furniture at a great price.

This company are a complete scam I can't believe I didn't research them before I placed my order!! I feel so stupid. And the 5 stars in Trust Pilot MUST be part of the scam, because now that I've gone looking, there are loads of reviews saying they are a scam. Can't believe it. Contacting Trading Standards on Monday, placed my order 2 months ago, still no sign and noone now replying to my email. Don't make the same mistake I did!!

UPDATE 15.4.23 (original report 31.3.23)
The company have since called me asking me to remove this review, promising delivery last week. Entirely unsurprisingly, I received nothing and noone contacted me again.
When my husband challenged them about the Furniture Megastore being dissolved accirding to Company's House, they said that the company that sold us the furniture was called Sofa Savvy.

Please don't give your money to these people!!!

Unsurprisingly nothing has been delivered, they refuse to give me a refund, and have stopped even pretend that my delivery is 'just around the corner'...£450 stolen. I plan to keep updating this review until I get either my furniture or a refund. I am also in touch with trading standards to stop this happening to anyone else.

I would very much welcome a public response in this forum!

20 weeks since order was placed, chased 3 times, were told " in couple of weeks time", so much for "8-10weeks" promise.
