Their products are of very good quality and exceeded my expectations. However if you are not in CA, you better be sure that you don’t need what you order for at least a month. Our mattress took one month

I got an outstanding deal on a traditional-style futon and I LOVE it. It's so comfortable and cozy. The delivery charge is high...that's my one reservation, but the delivery was on-time and efficient.

Visited the showroom today, and Mike was very helpful and friendly. I only had 10 minutes, but Mike gave me a quick info tour about the various types of mattresses, let me try them out, then was helpful in finding a store closer to where I live! Overall a great experience!

Placed and order over 6 weeks ago and still have not received. Customer Service is a joke. Credit Card was charged. Was told the same thing every time I spoke with "ceaser". "Your order just came out of production and is awaiting pick up for deliver" Sad to see they can't deliver what they promise.

EDITED: FINALLY received an email after blasting them. I could never produce an invoice number because I NEVER RECEIVED ONE! No confirmation email of my purchase. Product supposed to be delivered tomorrow. Will update when arrives.

FINAL EDIT: Product arrived. Excellent quality, just what I was hoping for. Color is great. No smell. Very pleased with my futon cover. Hopefully the next time I order again from the website customer service and communication will be improved.

Ordered a new cover for our queen size futon. Loved the fabric and color even more so when it arrived than online! Pillows are great, too. Highly recommend!

Customer service was poor. I e-mailed an inquiry and never received a response. I also called them a few times and one of the representatives was very helpful, but the other agent I spoke with didn't seem to possess much knowledge about their products. She even got defensive when I tried to point out a mistake on the website that needed correcting.

The product itself was wrapped really well, so it was in great condition even though the outer box was kind of trashed. Unfortunately, there was a dirt handprint on my futon. It's been several weeks and the strong smell from the wool hasn't faded at all. I was also surprised by the amount of large debris left in the organic wool, I thought the carding process would have removed more.

I placed my order for a bed frame on July 8,2017. It is September 18 and I still have not received it, despite successive assurances that it was being shipped in 4, no 6, actually 10-12 weeks...this entire time they have had my money. At this point I want a refund. Do NOT order a bed frame from the online store if you actually need one!

Needs HANDLES! Mattresses that need to be flipped require handles to felicitate flipping.

The good:
- fits decent in the crib
- price (with the 'discount' ) is ok considering the claimed materials: organic cotton, virgin wool, natural latex and coconut

The bad:
- customer service - we had to make a lot of pushing, daily calls to make sure we will get the mattress in time; also, no one ever calls back on customer service line for existing orders, even though they say they do
- they charge you $60 for shipment (normal price maybe for a package this size from San Francisco to Chicago, but how about having a storage in this area or New York for cheaper delivery ?)
- smell - we thought our baby room was filled with wet sheep when we unpack it; we kept it outside for several days and the intensity of the smell was not so bad anymore, but be aware of this (no one warned us!)
- shape - that was a big disappointment for us: corners and edges are all rounded - this is kind of dangerous for a crib mattress; what if an infant leg slips on that rounded edge ?
- softness - i think both sides are too soft - our 6 pounds baby leaves a visible hole after a 3h nap - what will happen at 20 -30 pounds ?
- no clear marking which side is for infant and which for toddler

I purchased a Merino Chemical Free Wool Comforter. Love it, so happy I found the perfect comforter.The moment I took it out of the box and the nice cloth bag, I discovered pure, heavenly Daily I give gratitude.

The gentlemen at the store were really nice and had a lot of expertise. They made the shopping experience very fulfilling and I am very satisfied with the furniture I purchase.

They do not take returns, only give credit after taking a 20% service fee.

Tried to overcharge my wife to build futon even though it was part of shipping cost and that was even overcharged by $70!!!

Very nice cover and mattress. Purchased for an outdoor porch swing bed and couldn't be happier with the quality of product and service. Custom piping was added to the cover and only took a few days to get the order out. I'm in Georgia and time from order to delivery was seven days!

I purchased an "Organic Cotton" futon cover. It took weeks to arrive. The outside appears to be cotton but the inside is some sort of synthetic fiber. I've contacted customer service but have yet to hear back from them. Instead they sent me this survey. What a waste of time and money. Purchasing things online is a bit risky especially when places like the Futon Shop charge such high shipping rates. What a bummer.

I ordered a new mattress and it came within a week. Very comfortable and a perfect replacement for my old futon mattress. Thank you for a better nights sleep.

love the products, but when i emailed customer service to correct shipping address, I've heard nothing back but a generic email saying what my tracking number was. so our item might arrive tomorrow, but it might be un deliverable because nobody fixed the address before it was shipped. I contacted them before it was shipped to correct, and it was not taken care of.
