Avoid, poor quality.

Great selection! Purchased 12/2/17 and currently 12/16/17: haven't heard or received anything re: shipping. Looking forward to either hearing from somebody or receiving the purchased item relatively soon.

We received our futon in a timely fashion and well packaged. We love this futon! We could not find a mattress that met both of our needs that was affordable, and this has been a God -send product for good sleep. I have a lot of allergies and yes there is a mild smell of linseed oil, but it quickly dissipates. No problems- very happy with this product!

I ordered a 5 inch organic Shiki futon and it is so uncomfortable! It is advertised as being very soft and good for people with back pain, and it is comfortable when you first lay on it, but it compresses quite quickly and feels just like sleeping on the floor and has definitely caused me more pain.

As far as my experience of the store, I found the process of making the order quite easy. The order then took much longer than expected to be ready, and then they couldn’t find it when it was ready and we came to the store to pick it up. We were able to convince them to keep looking and they did finally find our order.

Everyone was very friendly and they seem to have a lot of selection.

The futon arrived at the expected time; it was well packaged; and I was impressed with the product. The cover of the futon was pretty with the brocade pattern and well fitted the futon. The futon itself was stuffed well with uniform firmness. I am impressed with the product and grateful to have purchased it with a discount.

Ran into an issue when placing an order and it wouldn't complete. Followed all of their steps to report the problem. Followed that up with an e-mail a week later. Now, over two weeks later and still nothing outside of automated e-mails saying we still have items in our cart and we should contact them if we're having issues. Useless company.

Everything good except how they rate softness/Firmness of mattresses. Some people prefer a firmer mattress so The Futon Shop shouldn't be scared to rate a mattress firmer.

Shipping was fast. Product received in great condition. Sofa was exactly as described.

The extra long twin was a perfect fit, highly improves the decor in my guest room, allowing the spare bed to be smell free and beautiful. I just pull out the linen when company arrives to convert it to a bed. I got the organic linen green with farm animal print. So pretty. Good investment.

This is our 2nd mattress that we've purchased from The Futon Shop and we've been very happy with them both. Quick delivery and great quality product.

Product not as advertised. Not 100% organic cotton, terrible customer service as they will not respond about a refund/return and they forgot to ship my order when it was placed. I had to call in to figure out what was going on and ask that they ship it.

The mattress was only delivered to our door, we need to carry it ourself to upstairs. The service is not acceptable.

No follow up in delivery schedule to the retail store. Called the store and they didn’t even have the order showing up as coming in. It’s been 2 weeks and I still have not received the pillow I ordered

The futon organic cover is beautiful and came quickly.
I have not put it on the mattress, since I cannot do it myself.
