Love my futon. Order one from someone else did not like it returned & ordered from the futon store very happy.

The mattress arrived quickly in great shape and is very comfortable.

The cover was a cheap piece of garbage that felt like a thin polyester suit. The rtn policy is horrific- exchange only and a 20percent restocking fee, that's after i paid 25$ shipping in the first place. I buy almost everything online and this is, by far, the biggest rip off i have experienced. So disappointed. I just threw away $75.

I am very upset with the futon shop experience. I ordered a 1400$ coir kingsize mattress. The mattress arrived yesterday and is very good. But i am yet to review it and will do so in a few days. My contention is with the delivery. They charge additional 200$ for shipping and there is no white glove delivery included in it!! The fine print expects me to rip up the entire packaging my myself and inspect it. It also expected me to carry the extremely heavy kingsize mattress over 3 flight of stairs to the bedroom. So why the 200$ charge??? All other mattress shops give a white glove service for the 200$ shipping. I ll never shop again from this site just for this reason.

UPS delivery was a little frustrating, but that's not the fault of the futon shop- I'm loving my mattress, the futon is just the right feel and the addition of the springs add a nice bounce you don't get in regular futons.

Organic cotton futon cover. Organic wool & Cotton futon mattress and pillows. Love everything I ordered. The mattress is comfy and warm without making me sweat. The pillows are perfect- I ordered medium firmness. The cover is fairly easy to put onto the mattress- it Is a futon, after all, so it takes some maneuvering. Customer service was helpful and friendly when I needed to make changes to my order. I will order from them again and highly recommend!!

The futon cover appears to be good quality but I ordered and paid for an organic product and nowhere on the product or packaging does it indicate organic .When I attempted to do a live chat support I started a chat with someone but they did not reply to my question on how did I know if it were organic. Also false ads because hey advertise a sale as ending on a certain date to prompt you to order right away. I did so wanting to save 50% and put it on a high interest credit card while I was waiting for my interest free credit card to come in. I logged into the futon shop site after the sale end date and see the same sale going on with a future end date........so much for a sale or saving money!

Love it but I should have gotten a full size instead of a queen size. Doesn't quite fit the futon mattress I have.

The customer service here is always subpar. Emails go unanswered for many business days. When I called I was given conflicting information. I was transferred to some random person who had no idea why I was sent to them. I’ve made 2 purchases for over $1000 each time and am always disappointed by the customer service. The mattresses and topper are nice. I love that they are chemical free.

This futon mattress is exactly what we were looking for. We had previously lived in CA and had a futon like this one, but now living in FL, we have been unable to find a comparable mattress anywhere.
We love this for what the company uses as top materials and workman- ship, long lasting support and eco friendly fabrics. We are so happy we were able to purchase our 'favorite thing'.

The shiki futon is great. I don't really have a lot to complain about. The first time I sent an email to customer service it got ignored, but I think it was because my header was wrong.

I would have appreciated being notified that the frame I was buying has Proposition 65 and formaldehyde statements on it. I was on the search for chemical free furniture, so this is a disappointment. Maybe it is on the Website but I didn't see it. I am very happy with the mattress but decided to go with another frame because of the statements. They don't take returns so I am going through the hassle of trying to sell it now. I did call and left a message that I had a question on the frame but not receive a call back.

Ordered a futon cover on line and it took 3 weeks to receive. The color was not what i hoped for and I did not like the fabric. I took the cover to the Concord store to return and was charged a restocking fee. I did order another cover while i was there. After 3 weeks i called to see when to expect it and they had not placed the order. I took another week to receive.
I did like the second cover and am keeping it.
