From start to finish The Garden Office team have been superb. From receiving the high quality brochure in the post, then visiting the spectacular showroom, through to the installation of our amazing new garden office, they have been excellent at every stage. We opted for a 4x3 TGO2 building with a few added extras, and we couldn't be happier with the result. From the outside, the garden is improved immeasurably by its presence and on the inside everything is exactly as we wanted it. The materials are very high quality and the finish is first class. The base team came in a week prior to the main install and were excellent, and the install team were just as good and had the whole thing finished off in a couple of days. Everyone we've dealt with at The Garden Office and Green Retreats have been very friendly and really professional - I can't recommend them highly enough.

The company was recommended to us by a friend who was really happy with the end result. From start to finish, everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. The professionalism shone throughout every step. I was incredibly happy at the end of every stage of the project. I would not hesitate to recommend them..

Our Garden room was finished today... half a day for the base, 3 days main build,electrician half a day and AC install half a day. Total time from start to finish less than 2 weeks ( weekends and a few days also in between ). We are 100% loving the finished article and the workmanship is spot on (I’m a very OCD contractor so wouldn’t be happy if things weren’t perfect). I highly recommend Green Retreats and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future if needed. I hope this helps anyone who’s contemplating buying a garden room. Well done Green Retreats!

It is early days but from the point of ordering to the point of installation and completion, the process has been very smooth. Rachel has been excellent through out, thank you. The garden room looks great and the finishings high quality. It is early days and we will see how well the fabric of the building deals with wear and tear but so far so good.

A really easy and professional experience from beginning to end. Everyone was very helpful and the team did a brilliant job of installing the room. We are delighted with the end result and would recommend The Garden Office to anyone.

We visited the showroom first, which I would suggest to get a feel for the garden rooms. All the staff from the showroom, surveyor, installers and customer care team were friendly polite and considerate.

The whole process was very smooth from my first visit to the showroom to the final install. The install teams were polite, courteous and worked hard to ensure an excellent result. I am very happy with my garden office!

I was exceptionally delighted with the process of installation of my garden studio. The timings that were outlined prior to the programme were adhered to, no excuses, no delays. The building itself is beautiful. I couldn't have anticipated such a fantastic end product which was installed by a team of absolute professionals.

Very professional, commercial business with an excellent attitude to customer service. We went to the showroom and placed an order which was built within two months to a very high spec. Really pleased with the end result. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

I have to admit we looked around when trying to decide who to go with for building our garden office, and browsed various catalogues and looked on a few websites.

As The Garden Office were the closest to us and had very good reviews on TP, and following a visit to their showroom, we decided to
go with them, despite them not being the cheapest. But at the end of the day you get what you pay for, and this has been proved in the quality service they have delivered.

I have to say the whole process was painless. From the onsite survey, to the foundation laying, the actual build and the installation fo the electrics, the guys who came in to do the work were friendly, efficient and ever so tidy.

I can safely say after each days work our house and garden were left clean with no debris lying around. Most notable were the electricians who despite having to drill through walls and ceilings and dig up some concrete on our patio, left the house looking like they'd never been here, having made good anything they had disrupted.

The chaps doing the work were ever so friendly, and just got on with the job. Arriving early at around 7:45am each day they pretty much hit the ground running as soon as they got here.

Build quality is very good, and the office is a joy to be in. It feels solid and comfortable, and if I had to be honest, surprisingly better than expected.

So far after sales support seems good, and nothing is too much trouble for the team there.

We were introduced to Green Retreats from a friend who had a garden office built. We went along to the showroom and from that day have found the company to be very professional in every aspect. What has impressed us the most is the staff throughout - from sales to the teams on site and in particular I would commend Lee and his team who put the building up. Their meticulous attention to detail should be highlighted. We are delighted with the final product and would happily recommend Green Retreats to anybody looking for a garden building.

We wanted a Pilates studio built in the garden for my wife, so we visited the Green Retreats showroom. We were very impressed with the professional set up from the start. Everything went really well with the order - Rebecca was our point of contact and she was incredibly helpful and friendly. The guys came to do the work just got on with the job and everything was finished in a timely manner. We had a tiny little problem which Rebecca sorted out straight away and now my wife has a beautiful Pilates studio which she loves. I thoroughly recommend Green Retreats.

From Showroom visit to final completion of my building everything was made clear to us.
All the dates set out of the various operations were adhered to and the price did not change.
All the construction Team were, helpful, tidy and respectful of our property,
The final finish is superb.

A great quality product, easily the best that I saw whilst researching. The workmanship was to a high standard at every stage and every visit was on time. The support and communication from the office was also great. Overall this has been a really good experience and i’d happily recommend Green Retreats

I cant recommend them enough!! Andy, Ian, Kris and Jack the whole Installation Team were amazing from Start to Finish. They were very helpful and efficient and made the whole process stress free. We absolutely love the end product and all our friends want one!

We are delighted with our new garden space. The team at The Green Retreats HQ were extremely helpful from start to finish of this project, answering the many concerns and queries we had. The installation crew were great, friendly and knowledgeable.

OMG! My dream is now a reality. I have the most amazing therapy room and can’t wait to share it with everyone. From recieving the brochure two years ago and keeping it as a coffee table book that I would regularly pick up and create visions in my mind, to waving the guys off and having the keys in my hand - I really can’t believe it. Every step of the way I can’t fault anything. (Apart from I would revert back to original pop up brochure it was much more tactile, exciting and stood out from the competition)
