We have had a 5x3 garden office built by Green Retreats . Fantastic experience from start to finish . Showroom team were excellent and engaging from the start . We needed planning permission as the garden was on a share of freehold and although we did ourselves , Celia in the planning office was a great support throughout .
When it came to delivery and installation as others have commented a great team of professionals turned up on time and were very efficient.
Overall we have had an amazing experience and great product which we will be using regularly .

The Base & Build Teams were both excellent. All very friendly guys and extremely easy to get on with. They explained everything along the way and were meticulous in everything they did despite filthy English weather at the beginning of the build. We went from old garage concrete base to 6m x 5m Craft Studio Perfection in 6 days and these guys had a 200 mile round trip every day on top. Highly recommended..!

We have had the TVO garden room installed and we could not be more pleased. The service has been faultless from the minute we entered the showroom and until the keys were handed over at completion. Both the teams that came on site (one to install the base and the other to install the building itself) as well as the electrician were very professional. The teams were punctual, friendly, tidy and were obviously experts. We would recommend Green Retreats to anyone who wants a great looking, high quality garden room and a pleasant experience overall

Hard to find fault anywhere. From first contact to final sign off, staff were attentive, efficient and eager to please. The final product was not cheap but you get what you pay for and my sense is of a well honed offer and a quality product where a lot of thought has been given to the detail and doing things in a timely way. That made for an overall painless experience and a feeling that the business is run tightly with a good understanding of customer needs.

The service is outstanding from all departments, from the initial showroom visit through to the survey, admin and installation teams both for the build and electrics, the whole process has been easy and I couldn't be more delighted with my garden office. My Green Retreats Garden Office is now ready for me to sew in and it is perfect. The whole process from visiting the showroom, deciding the specification, ordering and construction was very easy. It was really useful having a dedicated person to contact too with any queries being dealt with very quickly.
The actual construction was well organised and all the people concerned were excellent with high standards of workmanship and consideration for taking care of surrounding garden and home when appropriate.
The finished Office is very attractive and blends in well with the garden. I would have no hesitation in using this firm again.

We are so delighted with our garden room- it’s better than we could have ever imagined! The whole installation was run like a well oiled machine. Every step of the way we were informed and spoken to. From start to end it went very smoothly and any minor problems were dealt with immediately. Really fantastic product. I shopped around for a long while and these just looked the best by far. Service was seamless. The guys turned up and constructed it in about 2.5 days. Very impressed. It really is an extension to our house for a 10th of the price.
