From our first foray onto the Green Retreats' website, to visiting the showroom, through to the site survey and erection of our garden room, this has been a thoroughly easy and enjoyable process! All the staff we dealt with, both in GR's office and on site, were friendly, courteous and efficient. Everything was done on schedule and I really cannot find fault with any part of the process.
We look forward to enjoying our garden room for years to come!

Both the building itself and the service we received was excellent. From the point of sale up to completion of the build, we found the company to be extremely flexible and accommodating, as we needed to change some dates and specifics of the build. Overall they made this is a very simple process and have left us with an amazing building which makes a fabulous addition to the house.

Having visited the showroom we received sensible advice on what would best suite our needs. Our programme was discussed and agreed , everything went to plan, the individual teams who provided the base installation, main construction and electrical fit out all arrived on time and as per the program, the representatives were hard working, very courteous and tidy and in our case had to deal with unfavourable weather conditions

What a brilliant Garden Room! A visit to the Bicester showroom is a MUST for anyone considering placing a room in their garden. By seeing the complete range I was able to choose exactly what I wanted in both size and design.

The staff at the showroom were extremely knowledgable and from placing the order onwards I had nothing but superb service from the Customer Care department.

The installation was a joy to watch! The footings went in on a Wednesday and the erectors came the following week, taking just 3 days from start to finish.

The composite cladding is superb and I am delighted that it will be maintenance free.

I looked at a number of companies dealing in timber buildings but Green Retreats outshone the lot - both in quality and price.

I fully recommend this company to anyone.

I am absolutely delighted with my new garden room from The Garden Office. I am extremely impressed by all aspects of their service. The customer team are delightful and very helpful. Every person who came to my house to be part of the installation was friendly and polite and thoughtful. The entire process was straightforward and easy. Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly. I was amazed at the speed with which it was put up. One day to put the base down and one day to erect the building. The electricians came the following day. The finish is excellent and very smart. It’s really well insulated and needs only a small heater. I love being in it - so lovely to work in the garden rather than the house.

Brilliant service and looking forward to using our new space

Clever designs, within permitted development rules and below the building regs threshold. We had to level the land beforehand, and GR put the foundations and building in place in 5 days, despite rubbish weather. While not dirt cheap, we feel we had good value for money and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a contemporary design for a summer room/garden office/gym. Attentive team both on site and back at base. Great to see a successful UK company getting it right.

I love my new CRZyBest Shedquarters! From my first contact on the phone everything went so smoothly. I mixed things up a bit and had a surveyor visit to check my garden was accessible and to measure up, he said it could be done so we then visited the showroom. The showroom experience was lovely and so relaxed, we were able to take our dog too which was even better! We were shown all the information we needed and any questions we had were answered, without any pressure to buy, although that's all I wanted to do! After I'd payed a deposit and booked a date, everything went so smoothly, even though I kept changing my mind about things and swapping my window and doors over. All the people that visited my house were brilliant, even when the foundations were being put in and it was raining terribly, they were happy and professional. We were lucky that on the main build day, rain held off and all went well without too much mud happening and my electrics were installed the very next day without any issues. I can't believe how amazingly quickly it all happened! I would definitely recommend Green Retreats if you are thinking of having a room in your garden, they are amazing!

I am so impressed with my whole experience with Garden Retreats. The showroom and service was fantastic, my support agent, Amanda was lovely and so helpful. The process of choosing everything was so easy and the actual installation was brilliant.
I love our new building and can't wait to create a gym inside.

The whole experience with Green Retreats has been 1st class. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Upon entering the Aylesbury warehouse to view what’s on offer, the service was second to none. The ordering, reviewing, changing, rechanging was no bother at all. The site survey was carried out, again fantastic service. Everything was delivered and installed on time and on target. All the installers were friendly, approachable and professional. The electrician and customer service rep came out on the final day to ensure everything was in order-again highly professional. Can’t wait to use the extra space! Absolutely brilliant service all round.

The whole experience is slick from start to finish by a 21st century company. All I would suggest that you should encourage your installation teams not to smoke.

We sought a quote from The Garden Office (Green Retreats) for an outside building, following a recommendation from friends. We thought most companies we approached would be 'much of a muchness'. But we were wrong. We had very lukewarm experiences from other companies. But from the first phonecall to book a site visit, to the final polish of the glass; the service we received from Green Retreats was gold standard. We were given honest helpful advice from Alex during the site survey . We followed this up with a great day out visiting the show room and placing the deposit. Rachel was our liaison and she was always available at the end of the phone or email if we had a query. We didn't have many to be honest - we were given a clear concise installation schedule and it was stuck to almost to the minute. Each team that arrived for each stage was as courteous, friendly and professional as the last. Each team gave us 100% service and we felt very comfortable having them around. Not a single speck of dust was left behind at the end of each day - and I will never forget the sight of the build team hoovering our lawn! A standard that I will not be able to maintain. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys - you might find a cheaper product but you won't get better value and service anywhere else. Thank you so much Green Retreats.

Spent a lot of time researching a Garden Office. Finally chose Green Retreats based on other recommendations, quality of work, choice and cost. From visiting the show room through to execution the service is excellent. Plenty of advice on offer and they are happy to make modifications to suit taste. The whole process is incredibly quick with minimum disruption. The installers were so polite and helpful, just wish all home improvements could be such plain sailing.

I came to this company recommended by a friend who had had a similar outbuilding constructed. I was not disappointed, the whole process was very professionally handled, and the building itself is tremendous.

From finding the Garden Office on the web through to installation and handover was really a very pleasant experience. We’d been looking for some time for a suitable building but nothing seemed to measure up. Then we saw the TG04 and were really enthused. We took an ad hoc drive over to the showroom and were warmly welcomed and shown around. No hard sell, no pressure, no annoying “price today only, sign now and get a deal” technique. The price is the price, the add ons and options crystal clear. From there it was very slick. Great communication all the way through. The base team were great and the installation team of Martin, Simon, Nathan and Dominic were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and they always took the time to engage with us and keep us informed.
Now that we are “in” we are absolutely delighted with the quality and comfort and would definitely recommend this company to others. I am sure all my friends will be wanting one as soon as they see mine.
