Excellent company to work with. From the initial contact through the build and final finish they were all excellent especially Rebecca who kept us informed all the way.
We would recommend visiting the showroom if at all possible its worth the time investment and speaking to the well informed sales staff who don't try to sell you everything but tailor the building to what you actually need.

Several people said "Wow!" when they saw my new garden office. It really is terrific quality and constructed to an extremely high standard.

Green Retreats were most accommodating in handling my post-order requests and queries. They were able to bump forward the install by a couple of weeks.

The support and guidance throughout the project was excellent. We felt fully informed and engaged in what was happening. All the people involved worked exceptionally hard and took great care in what they did. The overall product is fantastic and has made a huge difference to our family already. Excellent experience from showroom, to survey, to construction and electrics. Ordering process was smooth and personalised. The site survey was thorough and helped finalise location details. The construction teams were on time, tidy and super efficient. The final electrical phase was also quick and simple. I would highly recommend The Garden Office.

A joy to deal with from start to finish. Highly professional, good, tidy, polite and reliable workmen. Excellent product. Refreshing in this day and age to deal with a company that does what it says it will do, when it says it will do it. No hesitation in recommending.

The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. From the moment we walked into the showroom we knew we were making the right choice as it was a much slicker and friendlier experience than some of their competitors.
It was a nice touch to have a single point of contact which made sorting out any queries really easy.
The base installation team were excellent, really friendly and kept us involved throughout.
The main build was supposed to take a week but was completed in slightly over 2 days. The guys were great and everyone knew what they had to do.
Whilst the cost of the building might appear to be slightly high on first glance it is not the true picture. The old adage of you get what you pay for is so true as this 'garden retreat' is of such a high quality that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I am really impressed with Green Retreats, from my first entrance into the showroom to the sign off.
With such a project there will be questions and perceived problems. All of these were dealt with before the build.
All three teams - base, build and electrics were easy to have around in my small garden. They were efficient and considerate, and I know that if I should happen to have a problem in the future (though I'm not expecting that) I shall be treated with the same reassuring professionalism.
Full marks to all concerned.

All involved were fantastic. The service, the fitting teams all helped to give us an amazing experience. Definitely will recommend this company
