Awful
Ordered a personalised "day you were born" chart for my mothers birthday. Absolute rubbish - contained very little factual information and looked like a child had done it as a school project. No way I was giving it to my mother as a gift so a complete waste of money. Requested a refund but was refused. Would never shop here again.

I have read your email that has previously been dealt with and can advise the photos on the website show the exact product and information to ensure customers are fully aware of what they are purchasing and will be receiving, and it does not look or contain any different information in ‘real life’ to the photos. The item is as shown, described, and is personalised, therefore I'm afraid as advised we cannot issue a refund.

Wonderful Diamond Anniversary Gift
The anniversary gift book that we got was wonderful. It will be a lovely gift for for parents anniversary. The gift box was worth the additional cost as it really finishes this gift off.
