The worst experience ever!!
I bought on Black Friday for more than 200€. They never sent anything. They don’t answer to emails and on instagram they delete comments. They open a delivery on postnl so they sent me a tracking number but they never deliver my order to the post. What can I do to get my money back??

SCAM! Made a $200 order on Black Friday and never received it. They don’t answer emails and they delete comments on their instagram page. I have an open case through PayPal currently and hopefully can get my money back. Buyer beware.

Nothing but a SCAM! No order received, no ways to communicate with the business owner. €160 stolen! Her positive engagement on Instagram is most definitely fake and bought. BEWARE!!!

They took payment and never shipped. They do not answer my emails? They do not list a phone number? They took payment of €1600 from my card

Never got my order worth 500€ made in March! Wrote so many e-mails, asking for delivery infos and refund but no answer! Scammers!!!

Scammers. Bought a vase worth 300 EURO. Came 6 weeks late, completely broken. Wrote emails and emails and nobody got back to me. I posted on Instagram below their photos a review, it was taken down immediatly, but they magically wrote back to me telling me they send a new vase yesterday. I wanted to see proof of a tracking number, of course it was never send. I already have 3 people on instagram that have been scammed by them, we will together send a police report and file a joint complain to instagram.

SCAMMER, I have still not received the refund for 300$ though I returned the items.
As a consequence, I have no choice but to report your fraudulent activities to ACM in the Netherlands, the ECC and online platforms you are publishing.

Horrible. They got my mom’s address completely wrong, so the package is supposedly going back go them. I had to be the one to discover this - no email from them. They said I’ll get my money back when they get the package. It was delivered two days ago and I still have nothing. They claim it wasn’t delivered. I’m taking it up with my bank if I don’t hear back by tomorrow. What a scam. They also delete bad comments off their IG page.

One of the worst experiences. A total scam. I ordered tulip vases worth £187 all nothing arrived on time and when two out of 4 ordered arrived they were broken. They donot reply to emails and gave the worst non existent customer service. I’m going to write reviews all over social media and other platforms so others can stear clear if this dodgy retailer.

I ordered STRAWBERRY VASES earlier in the year. They were suppose to be shipped in July. Now they are not replying to emails and blocked me from social media. This appears to be a SCAM

Do not order at this company, they are a scam. We ordered two vases, they did not send them for weeks, after some angry emails did send one but it was broken. The other wasn't sent at all. Of course no refund.

You must run away from this shop. I ordered 2 items from them and I received just one but they don’t want to change the total amount of the order to pay just for the one that I received. They don’t answer to my last email. If I knew it before how they are I should never order something from them!
