I have a lot of trouble sleeping and a lot of trouble waking up and I tried this recovery package I had the most amazing sleep I’ve ever had woke up and then took the good morning capsule wow I got a lot of stuff done durning the day it was really effective I couldn’t believe how well it worked and on top of it I couldn’t believe how cheap these capsules wer I am in shock this is really going to help me in my daily life thank you for this amazing product 👍

This is my second review as i am incredibly happy with the good mood supplements! They are by far the best supplements iv ever taken. My mood is great, im sleeping like a baby, full of energy. Just generally happy. I LOVE IT!

I was initially very skeptical but I must say something about this made me feel good. This is more than just a back of goodness, it's an ecosystem of positive behaviours that generally help you feel better without imposing additional routines or restrictions.

I have been using the good mood pills as part of a healthy lifestyle in particular to help with the pressures of lockdown and can thoroughly recommend their numerous benefits. I find the good morning pills for me produce a more natural sustained and even boost than, for example, caffeinated drinks. I monitor my sleep quite carefully on fit it, and the goodnight pills produce a slightly greater proportion of deep sleep, but with no groggyness or feeling of dependcy (actually I use those quite intermittently). Overall an excellent product I would highly recommend.

Great product range that really does work!

Good and convenient packaging, has everything you need in one pack. Don't need to think and to look for all the different components - it's all there! Helps to feel energised if you are exhausted.

A really great product. I felt more alert and had more energy. Really easy to get your head around with a very simple routine making it easy to remember with a busy life.

I am always a very good sleeper so I wasn't expecting to notice much difference from this product, however I have recently started using them and definitely feel energised for longer during the daytime and able to concentrate more effectively especially after a heavy/hectic weekend! It's great to know the produce is natural too so it's a guilt free boost - win, win!

I have always been a fan of natural supplements such as probiotics for the gut and magnesium for my resting evening states. Yet I never knew how and when to best take them and I always had to buy plenty of supplements separately in bulky packs. What I liked about the Good Mood Co is that it provides the optimal combination of the supplements, with clear instructions of intake and they come in a handy, easy to carry, sustainably produced package.
