I recently tried the Starter Pack from The Good Mood Co as an introduction to the brand. I had a great night's sleep after having the Good Night supplement and woke up feeling recharged and ready to go! You can certainly feel the impact of the Morning supplement. Will be purchasing again.

Really good, especially the sleep supplement!!!!

I started taking these supplements 2 weeks ago to help improve my concentration and increase my energy levels while writing my PHD and I can already feel a difference!!

The recovery packs arrived really quickly which was nice and I really like the sleek minimal packaging that is quite aesthetic. I used all three recovery packs for one month and I noticed significant changes in my sleep quality as well as energy levels. I do not get the best sleep regularly and that affects my energy in the morning but the Good Night capsules helped me get better sleep and the Good Morning and Brains Bottom Up packs helped me be ready for my mornings. I will continue using these packs because they have made a difference and I like how they only contain natural products.

I first tried Good Mood Co based on a friend’s recommendation. I ordered the monthly, and the package arrived quickly + intact.

I had tried a range of different supplements (to help me sleep, focus, or recover from a night out), but I was never consistent and couldn’t figure out the right balance. Good Mood does the tricky thinking for you, all you have to do is follow 3 simple steps.

I took them in two ways:
1- for “immediate recovery”
2- daily 4/7 days of the week
Each approach is fit for purpose.

When I’m going through a bout of bad sleep, or need an energy boost I take these vitamins for a few days, and I really do notice the difference! (Also my go to for hangover cures). Very well research natural formula, and the packaging makes it fun as well.

I've been having trouble sleeping recently and taking the Good Night supplement really helped me get back on track. I also noticed more energy in the day time when I took the Good Morning one. Such a fantastic product and I'm so glad there is something on the market like this. With the current situation unfortunately I haven't partied in a long time, but looking forward to also using these as post-party recovery support when the time finally comes!

Since I’ve been taking these supplements I’ve been feeling so great and had such an improvement in my focus during the day. Also the fact it’s using all natural ingredients it’s a massive winner in my eyes. I can’t recommend The Good Mood Co. enough!

I finished my one month package a few days ago, and I can tell that it is completely not working. While I was taking the vitamins three times a day, I was always feeling tired, fuzzy and sleepy. However, it has been a few days while I am finished taking them, and I feel much better now. So the thing I want to tell is that for me, these vitamins did not help and even made it worse. They advertise as a recovery pack that should increase your energy and mood, but for me, they made everything opposite. TheGoodMood vitamins are also quite expensive if you compare to other regular vitamins so you expect more from them, but at the end of the day, they are just much worse than regular vitamins. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and if anyone is thinking about to try them, I would suggest not to do that, because it is completely a scam and a waste of money.

Delivery of the recovery packs was extremely quick. Received them the next day. I used the product all throughout summer and quite frankly it saved my summer! The Good Night doses helped me sleep well and replenish my body with the nutrients that I needed and The Good Morning pills started the day off right. I used the brains bottom up pills to have a little pick me up over the course of the day!
