This isn't my first review but I thought a second was worth adding, when I bought another two guitars. Mark is a super helpful guy. The guitars he sells are exactly as advertised and the ones I have bought have been stunning. They are packed extremely well, so aren't going to get damaged in transit. He keeps you informed and will answer any questions you may have.

Excellent communication from Mark; he couldn’t have been more helpful. He dispatched the guitar very quickly (the same day) and it arrived well packaged and protected. It was exactly as described. Mark had included a large number of high quality photographs of the guitar with the original listing which was very helpful in making a decision without seeing the guitar in person. Mark is a very nice, friendly guy and his service was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and theguitardept.

Mark took time speaking to me over the phone and Whats App , and was happy for me to go to him and try several guitars , with no pressure to buy or rush me. Absolutely perfect experience buying from Mark at TheGuitarDept. I bought a Gibson Les Paul via eBay from his store. The guitar arrived next day, very securely packaged. He kept me informed throughout and the guitar was exactly as described. Also had new strings and oiled fret board. Mark was an absolutely incredible seller, throughout the entire process. I recently purchased a stunning Gibson ES-335 from him. I was at no point concerned with what I was buying due to Mark’s incredibly thorough photos and transparent conversation. The guitar was immaculate (seriously, not a single mark on it), the replies were prompt and delivery was not only fast, but packaged incredibly well (I actually complimented him on his packaging!). Not many guitar dealers in UK has a customer service like Mark. Super fast delivery and ultra well packed. I am ver picky, kind of OCD and very attentive to details etc, so I just want to say that the website advertising couldn't be more accurate.
