It is not the range of beautiful guitars that the folk at Guitar Dept have that makes you smile… although, there is plenty to smile about. It is Mark’s enthusiasm and passion for them… and his genuine desire that you are as pleased with your guitar as he is! Buying a guitar was never such a pleasure. Go and see him and his wonderful collection, you will not regret it!

Buying guitars online unseen and unplayed can be risky but not in the case of the Guitar Dept. The descriptions are clear and backed up by detailed photos and full spec. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from them again.

The first product you buy online from someone can be slightly unnerving, especially if it's a lot of money at stake. BUT, buying a quality guitar from Mark Orfila at GuitarDepot.com was a total pleasure from start to finish.

Perfect transaction. Great communication. Described as 'Mint' and too be honest it looks like 'New' and at a price well under what a new one would cost. Came with original flight case and a complete set of 'case candy'...Fender Authenticity Certs, Tools and locking strap fixes etc. Perfectly set up to play...low action with no fret buzz.
Delivered packed in double cardboard boxing and enough padding to fill a wheelie bin...Perfect!!

I bought a beautiful 2015 Gibson Les Paul 100 year anniversary which is a collectible guitar from the seller , the item is in mint condition and exactly as described and was competitively priced. As I lived locally he invited me around to look at the guitar and offered me a cup of tea and was very friendly and let me look at other guitars , great communication during the whole transaction process , highly recommend seller.
