My only complaint would be that every tshirt seems to shrink far too much after washing. I only wear an XL but I have to order XXLs and even they have now shrunk to the point of being unwearable. Frustrating. But love your mission, which is why I continue to support you!

I bought the Byzantine Empire bracelet this time, as well as the membership. The bracelet itself fit great, quality construction, chose this one because it's not quite as bulky as some other bracelets. I honestly have no criticism for any of my purchases. I love the products, and I especially love what Hero Company stands for helping those that served. Always money well spent.

You offer a good quality product and very reasonable prices but more importantly, you help veterans so they can have a good life.

I have bought several bracelets from your company and some fit fine but some are too small and it seems impossible to buy links to increase the size. There is no uniformity or information on sizing before you buy. Some of them I can’t wear for this reason. Other than that I am happy with most of my purchases. Edit to my original as I have reached out to see about purchasing extra links and months later still no response. Terrible customer service.

Absolutely love Hero and all the great Patriot products from tee shirts to jewelry and especially helping my brother veterans out with companionship of beautiful dogs. Communication is key for me, not only is the quality of the merchandise top tier, the cause makes the purchase much more meaningful. Whenever there's a question or inquiry, the HERO staff go above and beyond communicating with the consumer to maintain 💯 customer satisfaction.

There are two links on Trust Pilot for this company. Their website is “.co” not this one that is “.com”. But all the reviews seem to be here so I will share my experience and perhaps these Veterans at The Hero Company can work with Trust Pilot to merge and correct the profiles.

I found this company on a social media ad. Because the company mission is “We're proud to support our troops. With every purchase, you help provide service dogs for veterans with PTSD.” I wanted to look for a gift for my husband, who is in law enforcement, but not military. My first order was a bracelet and t-shirt. When it arrived the bracelet did not look anything like the photo and the clasp was broken (clasp). The t-shirt size was wrong. But the Hero bites for the dogs were perfect.

When I reached out customer service, they 💯 stood behind their money back guarantee. I selected chain instead of the bracelet and the correct size t. The shirt is incredibly soft but does run small and short. The necklace and pendant are quality. My husband loved both items. I would shop here again. God Bless these veterans for their service and sacrifice.

Purchased 2 tee shirts paid $61.00, not including shipping and taxes. Absolute junk. Cheap and extremely poor quality-so thin you can actually see through them. Bought size 2XL, shirts are more like Large ant best. Obviously, I don’t recommend them, and I’m a Veteran-plenty of other Veteran supporting companies out there.

The two brackets I just got the cross magnetic bracelet and the don't tread on me bracelet are very cheaply made I'm done with this company I appreciate the donation of money to PTSD for vets but expected better quality

The pins to remove links are all stuck I cannot remove them so I can get the bracelet to fit properly

As a retired U.S. Army veteran, I can’t say enough positive things about Hero Company. Valerie, the owner, along with her team, consistently demonstrates professionalism, responsiveness, and a genuinely positive attitude in every interaction.

As a working dog trainer and handler, I highly recommend supporting this organization. Not only do they offer quality products, but every purchase contributes to an important mission—helping fund the placement of service dogs with veterans. I am writing this to warn others about the unethical business practices of The Hero Company.
I joined their affiliate program and successfully began generating sales in November 2025. To date, I have generated $16,999.91 in total sales for them, which amounts to $1,700.67 in earned commissions. Despite fulfilling my end of the partnership, I have not received a single cent.
They are currently withholding $1,700.67 in legitimate commissions that have been owed for months.
I have attempted to contact their team multiple times through official channels with zero response.
I even went as far as sending an "ultimatum" stating I would make this issue public. While they seemed to acknowledge the message, they still failed to provide any explanation or payment.
This is a clear sign of scam-like behavior and a complete lack of professional ethics. If a company treats its business partners - those who actually bring them revenue - with such contempt and dishonesty, I shudder to think how they treat their regular customers.
If they lack the integrity to pay their partners, they cannot be trusted to stand behind their products. Save your money and your time - stay away from The Hero Company.

Aside from the products being top notch, their customer service is just as good. I saw some folks in here complaining about their customer service but it looks like they've tightened it up. I had some issues with my order and Valerie was extremely prompt and helpful with all my needs. Will definitely buy and recommend!

Shipping took FOREVER! Ordered 2 shirts & a cap. The quality on 1 shirt was cheap, cheap, cheap! Looks like it came from Temu or worse. The other shirt was okay. The cap was the best.

Ordered the Never Retreat Alpha Wolf bracelet from them and it shipped out next day got it in about 3 days and fit perfectly nice quality on it and easy to put on myself came in nice little pouch all well packaged no issues at all with them may order another bracelet or necklace come soon thank you for what you all do!
