Great products and great service, fast shipping, thank you

Very easy to purchase any of the merchandise when I am interested in certain products. Have purchased multiple bracelets and two hats in the past so far. Very high quality products that I’m still very satisfied in. Nice products all around.

I have always received top notch service from Hero Company. I have so many of their t-shirts, jewelry, and even the Hero Bites now for my mom’s dog who is also my best friend.

All the products I've gotten so far are high quality, durable and I love them! Im sure I'll be ordering more in the future.

This is one company I never worry about spending money on. Absolutely great items and always thinking about the men and women who help keep us free! I don't take my St. Michael bracelet off, ever!

First I love the cause, I am a combat veteran and a LEO Deputy Sheriff, I have chosen service my entire life.
The pieces are amazing looking, I have bought numerous bracelets and a few necklaces. However to be honest, I have not ordered any in a while because all but one of the bracelets I have bought are broken or lost. I love the concept of the magnetic clasp. However the magnets either fall out or loose their strength. The other issue is the bracelets with leather or cords the glue gives out and pulls out of the clasp. Lastly I had a beaded bracelet Morse Code which was my MOS in the Army O5H. The beads were on a piece of string, and it broke. I would pay more for better quality, that should not have been string, should have been wire that would of held up more then the 3 times I wore it. Again I would pay more for quality that last longer.
Do you have magnets I can buy and replace the ones that fell out or failed.

Hero just seems to be an all-around great company.
I love their mission. All of the bracelets that I have purchased or had purchased for me have held up very well and at a great price-point. Not to mention they are a great conversation starter if anyone ever makes a comment about any of the items they sell. This is a great way of passing on their message and mission.

Great products! Had 1 defective clasp, and another item came undone. One necklace, I simply didn’t like the feel, no issue with the quality!
ALL issues handled nicely and without delay or attitude! I now buy as gifts since I can only wear so much! Lol

I have purchased many items for my husband. The necklace has a nice strong chain. The bracelets are built well and look great. I have very tiny wrists so I always look for the smaller bracelets for myself.

Good price on a nice bracelet, the paracord 250 bracelet. Nicely constructed, the magnetic clasp is strong and I hardly know i have it on
