I bought 2 mugs and realised they…
I bought 2 mugs and realised they probably wouldn’t get to me on time so on the off chance I e-mailed and within a couple of hours I had a reply.
I explained my situation to a lovely helpful lady called Amy and she did everything to help.
she came back to me within an hour and said she had contacted the dispatch team and got them to send them out that same day even though it states it could be a few day for dispatch.
I was so pleased.

Well, first of all the bargain!!! Next, the communication afforded by Amy when Royal Mail indicated that the parcel was languishing in their “default” depot. Nothing was a problem for her and the situation was immediately rectified. The Finnish bowls are just great and arrived in perfect condition.

Fuchsia bath mat
The service I received it was excellent. Prior to my order I have contacted customer services by email and I received response a few days later. Im happy with the item that I received but I don’t how it will look after wash. Im hoping its going to be ok since I have similar bath mat but from another on-line company. More over, this one looks as good quality as my previous one and also I got it at the offer price.
