Return services don't work and
I bought an item and it was an unwanted gift. I sent it back using the label they sent me. The Post Office used the QR code and stuck it on the box. I get a confirmation e-mail. I went onto Royal Mail track to see where the return was up to and I get a message saying the parcel was incorrectly addressed. So now I'm £72.99 down. I've tried to e-mail addresses to contact them that I found on the internet and they have both bounced back. Undelivered. Just like my parcel. How can it be addressed incorrectly when I used the label they sent? So much for Returns managed on behalf of The Hut by ZigZag Global Ltd. Mismanaged perhaps.

In response to your e-mail, I didn't send this from a Parcelshop. I sent it from the Post Office. Are you saying if I go back to the Post Office with ID that they will find this parcel? How is this possible being that my details are not on the outside of the box? And how will I know when it has arrived back to the Post Office being that they haven't got my contact details?

You sent me the wrong item, rubbish customer service
You sent me the wrong item, I had paid express delivery as it was a birthday present and needed very soon. You wouldn't do anything about it until I had returned the item to you which I had to do through the post office, you wouldn't arrange collection so I was inconvenienced. Only then once you have received the item back would you then think about sending me the correct item. Totally your fault, but no satisfactory customer service! Awful. Returning for a refund and shopping elsewhere!

Extremely, impressive service and product
Ordered a Ralph Lauren handbag for next day delivery. Your site was significantly cheaper than John Lewis and an additional 15% voucher was much appreciated. Good price and swift delivery of Crocs Echo slides. Not The Huts fault but the Crocs are 10mm shorter on the foot bed than a pair in pink that I bought 2 weeks ago. Don't know how Crocs get away with it. Would certainly use The Huts again.
