This the most difficult company I have…
This is the most difficult company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a mens jacket and was instead sent a handbag, so had to return the item. I got an email saying the item had be received and I would be refunded within 5 days, which I wasn't. I then contacted customer services who told me they hadn't received the item, despite the email they sent me and proof of delivery from Inpost, I was also denied the ability to speak to a manager. No one there seems to know what is going on, I will have to take legal advice if this is not resolved ASAP.

Awful service
I ordered two items which were in stock at the time ordering. I was only charged for one item plus postage and did not receive any communication to say that one item was out of stock. I have had numerous chats with customer services to sort this out, and I have to say that the whole process has been time consuming and pointless.
