Sent the wrong sized item (price tag was showing the size of ordered but the labels on the item were showing the correct size) and then had to pay £2.99 for the pleasure of returning said wrong item in order to get a refund.

Good prices, quick delivery, well packaged.
Down side, postage 6.99 and 2.99 returns, which is fair delivery if item fits
However, the sandals bought were a little too small, unusual as I am a 6 in most brands but the Barbour Adele were just a bit too snug in length , so I end up losing £10.
But, the But are a decent shop to buy from.
