My item has arrived damaged. I have contacted customer support who have only offered a £10 refund. I want the item returned and either a replacement or full refund. A damaged item is of no use to me.

High Delivery & Return Costs + Inaccurate Sizing
I wouldn’t recommend buying from this store if you’re in the Netherlands. The delivery and return costs are unreasonable. I bought shorts for £56, paid £10 for delivery, and had to pay €13 for the return. So if the item doesn’t fit, you end up spending around €26 for nothing — which I think is crazy, especially nowadays when many stores offer free or much cheaper shipping options.
I also found the sizing on the website unclear. I thought I was ordering the smallest size, but it wasn’t. If a size is sold out, it simply doesn’t appear — unlike on most other websites where you can still see sold-out sizes, which helps you understand the full size range. On top of that, I ordered shorts in size 27, but they definitely feel more like a size 29. So I don’t think the sizing is accurate either.

Very slow returns procedure
Ordered a number of t shirts , all of which were not sized as per the size guide on the website and were much too large
Returned the same day as delivered via Evei as per the companies returns policy
Nearly 2 weeks later I’m still waiting for my refund and they now say there is a delay in the parcel being sent back to them by the courier which is clearly out of my control .
Beware that should you return anything you could be in for a long wait to get the funds back in your bank .

I was sent the wrong item, which is annoying enough, let alone how difficult it is to get a refund + the postage costs! I had to use their live chat, messaging feature and make 3 separate phone calls.

Entire Satisfaction with My Online Purchase
This was the first time I made an online purchase of a pair of Paul Smith shoes from The Hut. I was well informed about the delivery status after I had made payment and had been advised that my online purchase order had been confirmed. The pair of shoes was delivered to my home address in Central London on Saturday 7 June 2025. The quality of the pair of shoes was excellent and no defect was found. Beware of this company unless you are really sure of what you're ordering, VERY DIFFICULT to contact and get a refund
This company is very hard to get a refund from. I have returned a Ralph Lauren long sleeves oxford shirt as I bought 2 of diff.colors which were 2 big for me so my hubby took the other one. I returned the item 2 wks now and have email proofs from courier that thehut.com warehouse already received the item last 3 June 2025 and yet I still haven't received my refund nor any acknowledgement that they did received it only that they need more proof that I did sent it back which I have provided in my previous messages to your customer service who are not even keeping a record of what the complaints are about that you have to repeat everything everytime you follow up then would asked for more evidence that I've already provided!!! Now thehut.com has the item and my money! I would post a negative comment on trustpilot for buyers to beware of your company for such UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE and scamming of buyer's hard earned money!!
