Bought new iPhone 15. Staff in the store are all tech experts. No pushy sales talk. They carefully transferred all apps and data from existing phone onto the new one. Am confident from experience I can rely on them if any difficulties arise. None have. New phone operating perfectly.

The staff couldn't be more helpful, they put my mind at ease and looked for the best solution to the problem i bought them with the best price available, they were brilliant from beginning to end and i wouldn't go anywhere else other than the I.T. Store in Canterbury with an IT or phone problem again.

Fantastic! Quick chat, brought in the Mac and it was fixed over night. Super happy with all aspects.

Friendly advice, no technobabble and a quick and cheap solution to fixing an ancient MacBook. Will definitely use again.

They got my laptop back working with short notice, shorter deadline and at a reasonable price.

From the moment I entered the shop I was impressed. I'm am old geezer and not good with IT .. my iMac was painfully slow, but a few minutes analysing the problem and then leaving it at the shop for the afternoon was enough to leave me with a desktop that is now a pleasure to use. Fantastic service!

Our internet died on Friday morning and even though it was repaired, my MacBook Air refused to recognise me and I was still unable to log on. I called the iT Store who have previously saved me. They asked if I could go in to see them. We arrived a few hours later and they sorted it out within about five minutes. The relief! I would not have been able to fix it myself. I offered to pay but they refused. So helpful and friendly and positive! I can't imagine not having them around. Thank you!

I visited the store with my iPhone because the battery needed replacing. Good advice to trade it in and buy a refurbished 12 mini. The shop transferred all my data and answered my questions. I am v happy!

We attended this store today after having terrible service from the Apple store in Canterbury. My daughter had a problem with her Iphone 11. We couldn't purchase icloud plus storage, as there was a problem with the account settings. The very knowledgeable member of staff spent a long time with us going through everything possible to solve the issue and eventually he sorted everything out for us. He was polite and well mannered and really knew his stuff!! I would recommend this shop to anyone. The service we received was excellent. I always find these independent places so much better than the big stores, who's staff really couldn't care less.

The iT store switched out a failing drive for a new SSD drive - works a dream - like getting a new computer for a fraction of the price. Quick, courteous and efficient throughout. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

The best service ever. Don’t waste your time working on something you have no idea how to fix. Visit Oliver at the IT store in Canterbury. I’ve been many places trying to get professional and quick service and I found the best ever right down the street (My IWatch went bonkers on the way to Canterbury this week. I tried for about an hour looking at videos studying and just trying to fix it). Lynne

Super helpful team who gave me all the options for my broken laptop & helped me come to a solution I was happy with at a ridiculously low cost. They took the time to explain & patiently answer my questions. Will use them for everything tech related now.

Friendly service when we arrived, and the tech managed to fix my iPad & give good advice about my Kindle (both were dead) so very happy indeed, would & will highly recommend 😃

I felt really looked after by the staff in Canterbury. Tech stuff can be frustrating for me because of the cost and lack of knowledge, but Oliver and Nick really took their time with me!
