Whilst on holiday in the area, on the off-chance we asked in store about help to merge two iPhoto libraries and ensure back-up to the iCloud, having previously had very underwhelming experiences in the Apple Store and the ‘Premium Reseller’ in Nottingham. Oliver and Neil couldn’t have been more helpful and resolved issues that others were not interested in taking on, offering great customer service at a very reasonable cost - we couldn’t be happier or recommend their services more highly.

Had a problem with an iPad Pro. Thought it had died completely and become an expensive place mat. They diagnosed it immediately and it turns out that our lack of knowledge meant we could have sorted it out easily ourselves if we had known. They didn’t charge us a penny and were totally honest about the lack of a real problem. Would happily use them again.

Superb service for a sick Mac. It was more complicated than was first thought, but that only supercharged Ollie into conquering all the issues, which he did. Undoubtably an Apple Store would have simply written the iMac off, but mine is back to ‘good as new’, if not better, and at a fraction of the cost of a new one.
Highly recommend.

A quick look found that my email problem is with the server not my iPad so I know where to go to get it fixed.

I emailed The iT Store to see if they could replace my MacBook Air battery. They never got back to me, so I got a battery from iFixit Store UK and did it myself. The Apple price for fitting a new battery is £159, but doing it myself cost £65. Thanks for not getting back to me and saving me a fortune!

Excellent in every way. I have no IT expertise whatsoever. Oliver cleverly transferred all my stuff (data?) to the new machine. In the past my tablets have always been someone else’s cast-offs. The iT store provided me with a beautiful full-size model which is what I have always wanted. So altogether I am thrilled!

Very impressed, popped into the Canterbury branch when when walking past, on the off chance because my iPhone 12 was not charging, very polite, looked at it while I waited, luckily just needed to clean the charging socket, out in less than a couple of minutes, and no charge. Very happy, and will definately go back with any future issues
