Absolutely fantastic company to deal with, responsive and friendly. Unfortunately, due to our circumstances changing we had to cancel our order and they couldn't have been more understanding and helpful!

Hopefully we will be able to re-place our order at a later date, for one of the beautiful dressers.

I was very encouraged by the good reviews so happy to place an order. However, having placed the order in Jan 2021 we were expecting delivery this month (April) I got a stock email last week telling me there has been a delay due to supply chain problems from EU suppliers and now they were "hoping" to deliver now by the end of May! So that will be over 4 months, 20 weeks vs the 12 weeks quoted. Now we all understand we are in challenging time but I do feel that an update so late in the process is bad service. I hope to be able to update this review once we have had the dresser delivered and that it will reflect the 5 star reviews I based the purchase on.
Update: After reading my review above and the company have replied now directly (They did not reply to the email I sent them before posting this review) Basically they offered me a full refund "given how unhappy I was" they felt threatened by this review and felt that I would be unlikely to amend once the goods were received. They felt the "only way around it" was for me to delete this review and then they would reinstate the order! Not sure who's threatening who here but decided to take them up on the offer of the refund and so sadly I will not be able to change this review. However I will state its now based on customer service rather than quality of their product as I have no experience of the latter. Its a shame that they pay more attention to this review site than direct correspondence with their customers but that's the world we live in.

We ordered a kitchen dresser from this company a few years which we love. Unfortunately I had a little incident with a candle during a power cut and burnt a hole in it..luckily we can repair it and I got in touch with the Kitchen Dresser Company to ask which paint they use so we can touch up the burn...they responded immediately and have offered to give us a little paint pot foc...excellent customer service. So now I can not only say their products are great quality - but also their customer care.

Delighted with my Hamilton dresser, beautifully made, looks fabulous has soft close doors and drawers. Well worth what I paid for it excellent value for money.

I have 3 kitchen dressers and they are of excellent quality - a really well made product. Recently, 2 hinges on our roughly 4 year old dresser broke. I contacted after sales support and they had the replacements on the way to me at no cost within no time at all. The team at the kitchen dresser seem to have successfully combined an excellent product with superb service. Highly recommend.

Loved the dresser from the moment received 2 years ago. Recently one of the lights had stopped working. Contacted The Kitchen Dresser Co. - aftersales so helpful with purchasing replacement lighting. Speedy response and delivery. Would definitely recommend.

Last year, I made the mistake of making a telephone order with a persuasive staff member. I should have done more research.

Delivery of the dresser was late and the dark lead colour on the website is in fact grey green.

My main issue is that the company was no help when their "northern hub" refused to deliver up our country lane. It was down to me to pay their hire of a smaller van, cost £328.50. So, I organised my own "white glove service".

On a positive note, the dresser is useful.

The dresser is very pretty, the shape and the color are so beautiful. I'm very happy to have recieved the dresser which had a long and tough trip to Barcelona. I do apreciate to all the staff who made it possible!! Thank you.

Received my dresser on Friday delivered by two great lads who unpacked and installed in the kitchen very helpful. Dresser is great thank you Kitchen Dresser Company it looks amazing and colour perfect .

I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of furniture and service from this company. They were very quick to respond to my questions and crucially provided a great solution to the challenges of getting the items delivered to France during the COVID era! The two items I bought are beautifully made and we are very happy with them.
