Received my dresser this morning and I love it. A beautiful piece of furniture which I am sure will last many years. So well made and fits my space perfectly. Customer service was excellent even though I contacted them during lock down.
I have enjoyed the day filling it with all my treasures and seeing them sparkling under the lights.

My dresser was delivered yesterday, and I must say it is really a beautifully made piece of furniture which I'm sure will last for many years. Not cheap, but worth every penny.
Thank you Laura and your team.

Took delivery of a Studio dresser after much searching for one that had the right look.
These are well made units, well packaged and and delivered by very friendly guys.
One minor glitch with the adjustment of a drawer was resolved very very quickly and effectively.
I would have no hestitation in recommending The Kitchen Dresser Co if you want a good quality product and excellent service.

Appalling after sales customer care

I bought a dresser from this company at a cost of £2,000 plus an extra £200 for glass shelves and lights to be included. Upon delivery at the end of July 2019 I noticed that one of the glass shelves was of very poor quality. Unsightly glue had spill out and set all along one side of the surrounding wooden frame and the glass had cracked across the corner. This was even more noticeable when the lights were on inside the cabinet. I emailed immediately attaching photos of the faulty shelf, requesting a replacement be sent to me. I received a reply from the company to say that the shelf would be replaced and I would be contacted when it was ready. Three months passed and as I had not heard anything I contacted this company again, twice by phone leaving answerphone messages each time and twice by email which have all been ignored. Obviously they had no intention of replacing the faulty shelf and they just sent an initial ‘fob off’ email. For all their self-promotion about becoming the UK’s leading kitchen dresser specialist from my experience their after sales care service is non-existent and it appears that once they get your money they couldn’t care less about their customers.

My large Sendlesham dresser ordered…

My large Sendlesham dresser ordered online arrive today and any nerves about ordering such a substantial item without first visiting the showroom soon evaporated. The quality of the workmanship and superb finish exceeds already high expectations. It is the dresser I dreamed of and adds an extra dimension to our newly fitted kitchen.
