A very nice guy came out, but honestly, it was just too expensive. left me £1000 lighter without a fix. In fairness, his departing Hail Mary "let's see" what tomorrow brings did actually reveal the problem, but if it didn't, I would still be £1000 down without a fix.

It would have been helpful if the account was shared between the three properties as agreed rather than giving it to me. This puts me in a position of a debt collector. The quality of the wrok was very good.

The engineer was puntual and polite. He carried out the task in hand professionally and did indeed find the cause of the leak. I would highly reccommend the service you provide. I am only sorry that you don't provide a service to repair the leak.

Whilst the leak that was detected was fairly straight forward, the service in collecting all the supporting information and personal explanation of the leak and processes around it was fantastic.

A great job done professionally, all to the allocated timescale and with the minimum of disruption. Very pleased with result.

I contacted this company as a last resort. The engineer. Simon. said the issue was a flow one, not pressure. He did everything he could to locate the issue, which turned out to a bolt stuck in the pipe work that had probably been there since the flats were built 20 years ago. He wasn’t going to be beaten, replaced valves and pipes and I’ve had the first hot shower in years at home! Would highly recommend.

Didn't find it good as i lacked confidence on the report submitted. No confirmation of exact leakage also i questioned what if i get the one detected and still problem not solved. Didn't get any answer.

The engineer arrived on time , he explained what he was going to do after listening to my explanation of what had happened. He was efficient and solved the problem.

Elliot was brilliant. Really professional, friendly and efficient. He found the leak relatively quickly but explained all the steps he was taking and was really helpful giving advice and outlining next steps for me. He went above and beyond staying to check my boiler was firing okay. Highly recommend.

The engineer methodically traced the central heating runs using a thermal camera, prior to using gas detection to identify the underfloor leak. Throughout he kept us informed of what he was doing and why.

Once the location was identified under a wood floor, he cut away a small section of the floor to reveal a leaking push fit joint. This was neatly repaired and the site left in a safe condition pending the drying / restitution work that will now be required.

After confirming that there were no other leaks, he re-commissioned the central heating system.

Overall the engineer was thorough, he communicated well, and his work was neat and tidy.

Andy the engineer arrived on time and after a quick survey of the area in question started the track and trace process immediately. It took some time to locate the possible area of the leak in the central heating system. Access to exact location of the leak, which was underfloor, was difficult but Andy was determined to find and repair the leak which he succeeded in doing. I am most impressed in the professional way in which he dealt with all aspects of the work which was complicated and needed a lot of effort. I choose The Leak Detection Company after a review of other companies on TrustPilot and am so glad that I did. I recommend this company for all aspects throughout the entire process.

From the first moment of meeting the engineer I had immediate trust. He arrived exactly on time and came across really well; knowledgeable and personable. A real professional. He also clearly had a passion for his work, it seemed like almost a personal mission to find the leak.

The repair was a little complicated because we had to remove kitchen cabinets etc, and luckily our kitchen fitter was available. I'm no plumber, but the work the engineer did looked neat and tidy.

After receiving quotes from several leak companies, I was very happy we went with these guys in the end (persuaded by the good Trustpilot reviews and responsive admin).

Everything was very efficient, from booking the appointment to having the specialist round and receiving the report. Elliott, the attending specialist, was great, arrived promptly, was very thorough, and explained everything well. We received a detailed report the very next day. My only regret is that we couldn't have the leak repaired there and then (it was coming from a neighbouring property and we didn't have permission), as I'm sure they would have done a good job.

An expensive service for sure, but I feel it was worth the price paid. I would certainly recommend them to others.
