Had a really good Assessor in Lezlee who always responded to me on time and provided tailored guidance to my questions. Fortunately, Lezlee understood the angles I was coming from with my questions and would come back with responses that enabled me focus on the question, as I can tend to go off point some times. She was also happy to take and reply my calls at her earliest convenience. Really enjoyed having that back up and she was very patient with my work as I had a busy schedule until completion. I’m young and want to learn construction I’m not in education this has made learning a whole lot easier

They’ll be no second thoughts with this company as they’ll either make you wait 31 days+ and hope you’ll give up or when you tell them you’ll charge-back they get the department to respond immediately and say you won’t get a refund due to accessing their platform, which could literally mean anything, such as just logging into the website.

Initially, I wanted to take their Maths L2 exam from the awarding body (Highfield) which they don’t specify anything about prior buying, like needing a webcam and microphone, phone and a clear space with no other people in. My advice to others would be to only take the online exams from TheLearningStation if you can follow what I said above and you are confident with it.

Excellent platform, was able to complete 3 courses including CSCS Green card, Fire Marshall and Traffic Marshall. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get these done.

Very easy and worth while coarse highly recommended

I was very lucky to have Lezlee Merritt as my assessor, she was a total STAR! I really struggled to get started, she was persistent, encouraging and supporting me, without this I don't think I would ever have started never mind completed the diploma. She was always positive, reassuring, and offered excellent advice when I was feeling stuck. She gave feedback in a timely manner, and was creative in finding ways for me to evidence the work that I do. I can't thank her enough...a STAR!

I was having trouble signing in to my student account so I called customer services. I forget the ladies name but she was extremely helpful. This is my 3rd course I have taken with the learning station.

I it was well planned and layed out, easy for me to follow. I actually think I have learned a lot from this class. this was my first online class. I am looking forward to taking more online classes. and I liked being able to access info anytime of the day.

I found doing the course through this company to be a overall pleasant experience. They were knowledgeable, understanding and patient with me and my classmates. The end result was getting myself a job and getting back on my feet with a decent income thanks to it.
