I downloaded the shop app as the website had told me to in order to track my package. However, I did not get any updates on it. I only got a preparing to ship even till now in the shop app. I do hope in the future that there is a different tracking method for customers to actually see the updates of their tracked package. On another note, my tingsha bells did arrive safely, well cared for, and was noted on the package to handle with care. So, I am grateful for that warning notice for the handlers/delivery people to handle my package with care. Thank you The Little Tibet.

Terrible company - don’t believe the 48 hour delivery… I’m still waiting weeks later. No customer service- I think I’ve been scammed. £54 silk scarf.

I ordered 4th June. The delivery was stated as 48hrs. It’s now the 13 June. No silk shawl (which was needed for an event. I would not recommend buying from this company. No response to my email - or my previous private message on SM. No tracking. No phone number to call. Zero customer service.

This is my second shopping experience with The Little Tibet. I bought another of the exact same item, a beautifully crafted felted wool singing bowl mat in grey, on which are now resting my tingshas, alongside the first mat on which my singing bowl sits. They're just perfect, and purchasing was easy, with plenty of options, and speedy shipping. Well done The Little Tibet.
