I've only tried one flavor (mermaid) and it was amazing. I did have an issue, and contacted customer service. I'd say more a me issue then a Loaded Tea Shop issue, and they were caring and wonderful and didn't blow me off. I would 100% recommend this company for their personal help as well as the taste of their tea (or at least the one I can say I tasted)

The Tea is phenomenal....I'm drinking Candy Crush now and love it! The company is quick to answer any questions you may have...I am truly delighted....Try em... you won't be sorry!!!

I placed my first order today and forgot to enter the code at checkout for my two free teas. I emailed customer service, and they responded almost immediately to let me know they had added them to my order. I couldn’t have asked for quicker or better customer service. Loaded tea is everything promised. I love, love, love the flavors. I have a few favorites. Have been buying for a while and testing, and now purchasing my favorites. I’ve been getting my orders in a three day turn around, but I don’t plan on running out. The teas have all clean ingredients. I am about to stop drinking my black tea, for loaded tea. When my black tea is gone, no more. I don’t feel like you can go wrong with a purchase from this company.

Very prompt with customer service and very helpful. These teas taste great and I will continue to order them and have referred friends and everyone loves them. Very pleasant company!

I cannot give this place enough stars! They have the best loaded teas and the absolute BEST Customer service! My order was taking longer than what I thought was normal and they responded back so quickly and had a new order ready to go within minutes thankfully it got delivered in that time and I didnt need the new order but they were there to help no questions asked! I have never had such good service and did I mention how good these loaded tea flavors are?! Will absolutely buy so many more times! Thank you all so much for being the best!

Loaded Tea one word Phenomenal this is fresh it is clean and tastes wonderful. I have ordered a few times and amazed at the flavors. I have yet to fine one that i didn't like. If you haven’t tried Loaded Tea now is the time

Absolutely LOVE every flavor of loaded tea I've tried (11 so far). Their customer service is top notch and communicate very swiftly. Orders came on time to Hawaii within 4-5 days.

Have ordered a few times and tried various flavors. Shipments are quick, which makes me happy. Addicted. But, that is a good thing because am getting a refreshing no calorie drink that is more than just a drink. It has vitamins included. Cherry Bomb is my very fave flavor. Definitely ordering, again….and again.

The Loaded Teas are simply scrumptious ! You will fall in love with them. I love the Happy Camper flavor. These powder packets are large ! The owner is amazing and very personable. She truly cares about each & every customer. I highly recommend this product !
